This review is not in the staff in how they treat people. The staff are really nice as far as costumer service, they also always look so lovely and fit for the franchise. There also helpful and sweet beyond anything....

BUT they may not be aware the the products. Failed on what I feel is cross contamination. My husband walked out buying items for Christmas. I’ve been busy so a day or two after I finally could relax and is what he got me. We were excited as we love the affects of there body butter. It retails regular price for 16.50, don’t know if my husband for sale on it but we love the stuff. We use it it’s been a life saver for him and I both for cases of reducing chafing and has even made it so chafing didn’t hurt. It is makes your skin so smooth it really helps.

So as he told me he got some, I was excited to use it. Well without thinking there products don’t have a seal. Now that’s a problem for body butter! Or the seal on the one I had was opened. And body butter when used can give cross contamination! The only people who ever should put there hands on it before you use it for yourself are people you allow and it should be new! I think the price is more then what I can afford. And to open it to see not only finger prints but the seal flipped upsidown and HAIR stuck to the bottom of the lid is disgusting! If this was some sample display it should have been marked! It’s obviously been touched by some other individual or individuals (red hair strand and dark hair on lid cover). I could have put there contamination from there hands all over my body rubbing it in! People I don’t know and selling a used product for 16.50 to me that’s no Ltd the cheapest! It’s so disappointing and disgusting! I’m not a neat freak even a tester spray that was sprayed once or twice I wouldn’t care buying especially because contamination isn’t a big deal unlike body butter. I will be going in but my husband did not save the receipt. As for alevery year it was a Christmas present this year it was a huge disappointment. If this was a tester or something or should have had a sticker or a return should be checked. I notice they don’t put seals on there body washes, now that I think of it l, this is a reason to steer away from them sadly. I went here for black Friday. I do not shop at this place normally but figured I'd get some shopping done here this year. My card was declined 3 times at the counter, per the register clerk. On my side it just said was unable to process. This clerk insisted I use a different card, so I used my debit card. I've had nothing but trouble with the 3 transactions trying to post for payment. No way am I going to pay for this. The register person said it was denied 3 times. When I spoke to the manager, she said they had slow system and said to contact the number on the receipt. When I contacted the number on the receipt, I provided the bar number for the transaction that went through but transferred me to another section that was the rudest person. She basically said that without proof of receipts that I would get charged for all 3 transactions!!! What an awful way to treat an honest person that pays their bills by working. I even asked her if I heard her right... I could not believe this way of customer service. Though the people in the store and others I spoke to prior to this person where respectful, just topped off that I will not be shopping at this chain again. I love some of these products!! this place is certainly hard to get use yo because of all the diffrent smells, and it definitely gave me a headache the first couple of times I came here but it was worth it. you do find ur own little theme in these kinds of stores but with Bath and Body Works, they have so much new stuff, you just kind of have to visit more often and try everything. the customer service is pretty good.
