Virtudome — Local services in Moscow

This place was fun and exciting however customer service could be better. We made a reservation at 6pm to come in and be told that they gave our reservation away and that they don't remember us coming in and that we would need to wait 30 more minutes. We then understood and came back 30 minutes later to be told that he couldnt kick these people out because they were top paying customer and that we would need to wait 20 more. i am a support worker for a boy with special needs, and he loves when we get to come here! the staff are friendly and more than willing to accommodate to make sure he can enjoy the games to the fullest. (they even took pictures for us while i was in the game with him so we could show his family!)

me and him have explored the VR lobby and tried only one game so far, but both are a blast and we were both fascinated the first time we tried it! :)

Definitely one of the coolest things we’ve ever done!! Not just for kids or college students - this would be a blast for team building or employee retreat events.
