Following a relaxing and memorable vacation, during our journey back home, my wife and I visited the Denny's Restaurant in Moses Lake, Washington.
We enjoyed one Breakfast and one Lunch menu selection. I ordered Denny's World Famous Grand Slam Breakfast and my wife chose the Griilled Bourbon Chicken lunch offering.
Both meals were a GRAND SLAM! Five Stars ☆☆☆☆☆
Breyer (Brier)? served as our Grand Chef! He carefully and generously prepared TWO different meals with ONE end result...professional, flavorful, and generous portions of two of the BEST meals we have ever enjoyed and experienced at any Denny`s restaurant.
More specific, my TWO PANCAKES generously fillled one plate. The portion and quality of those two pancakes, with a generous amount of creamy butter and smothered with heated syrup - exceeded my expectations, and served as fulfilling COMFORT FOOD for a hungry pancake appetite.
Those two pancakes are what made my Grand Slam breakfast...GRAND!
In addition, the quality and flavor of the over-medium eggs and four sausage links enhanced the joy of this memorable Grand Slam Meal!
My wife thoroughly enjoyed the GRILLED BOURBON CHICKEN meal. Again, the quality, quantity, and joyful flavor was the result of the preparation, presentation, and attention to detail.
Every bite of my wife's meal was a sensational DELIGHT! This flavorful meal was truly a fulfilling lunch experience for her.
Breyer (Brier)? Our Master chef of the day at Denny's Restaurant in Moses Lake, Washington should be RECOGNIZED and REWARDED for his EXTRAORDINARY talents in food cuisine, preparation, presentation, and attention to detail.
In my humble opinion, DENNY'S is fortunate to have Breyer on your TEAM! I honor him as the "Prince of Pancakes". Furthermore, our Server Kylie receives honorable mention. She delivered warm, friendly, and professional service as our SUPERSTAR SERVER! She also receives Five Stars ☆☆☆☆☆.
Kylie was both professional and personable in her style of service for us - as her guests. She served us with her friendly and welcoming SMILE, and responded to our requests throughout our dining experience.
Please RECOGNIZE a REWARD Kylie for her SUPERSTAR Service!
Thank you for another enjoyable and memorable dining experience at Denny's,

Read moreI really wish I could leave a good review, because my husband and I usually love Denny’s! However, this location needs some serious training on customer service. Long wait time for everything but getting seated. No interaction from the server. It felt like she was avoiding us. We will never come to this location again!!! Read on for the full experience. I’ll admit it was busy. It was a Saturday and we arrived at 10:30am. There was a lot of people for brunch, but we were seated right away for our party of 2. It looked like there were only 3 servers. Our server took our drink order and brought them to us right away. There was a little bit of a wait time to order food, which was an order of 10 pancake puppies and a hamburger with a salad for an appetizer. We were there for 30 minutes when my order for the pancake puppies was brought out. The server didn’t bother asking if we needed anything else, just dropped off the food and walked away. I had to ask about the salad. Once the salad was brought out I had to ask about the cream cheese icing for the puppies. I was given a cup that was half full that looked like it was meant for a half order. My husband’s hamburger with onion rings was brought out and once again no interaction. There were no condiments at our table and we didn’t dare to attempt to get our servers attention to ask for ketchup. I ended up taking one from another table. The hamburger left a pool of grease on the plate. If felt like we were completely ignored and when I made eye contact with our server across the room there was no acknowledgement. We had to wait once again for the ticket. It was a different server who apologized for the wait. When I took my ticket to the cashier there was once again no attempt to interact with me. I was told the amount due and asked if I wanted my receipt. I couldn’t even get his attention long enough due to him talking to a co-worker. I wanted to warn the people waiting for a table to turn...
Read moreBoth my fiancée and I got food poisoning today.
I went on Memorial day 5/27 and it was packed. After a short wait we were seated and had our orders taken and then served about 20-30 mins later without silverware! The server noticed immediately and apologized before quickly returning with some silverware. This is where our problems started.
Our food was lukewarm when we got it. Our eggs were undercooked. The hashbrowns were mushy and our bread didn't even seem like it was toasted. The "toast" was soggy. My fiancée ordered some pancakes that also seemed undercooked because the texture was doughy.
The only thing between our two plates that wasn't undercooked was her ham which was extremely tough to cut through with the provided butterknife; because it was burnt.
Before we left, our server asked how the food was and I expressed my issues with the food listed above. She asked if I would please wait to talk to the manager. I told her that I didn't really want to, I just wanted to pay and leave then write a review later. Our server insisted that we speak with a manager before writing a review. So she left, spoke with someone briefly then returned and told us that we didn't have to pay for our food. I guess the manager wasn't available.🤷♂️
All in all, the level of customer service we received and the desire from our server to make things right gets 5 stars. The problem is that it seemed like nobody checked the food before bringing it to our table. I saw another server microwaving someone else's food while waiting for the manager.
We waited 20-30 mins for the lukewarm food to arrive. I can't tell if it's because the food wasn't going out fast enough or the kitchen staff was rushing to get orders out and just didn't cook the food all the way. The food gets 1 star but I wish 0 was an option. I would've given 2 stars because of the service and free meal but that gets downgraded to one in light of the...
