I placed an order of food trays from Elvio’s pizzeria in Moultonborough for a family memorial. I placed the order last Thursday to be picked up At noon on Saturday. I showed up to pick up the food for our event that was in less than an hour. There was a sign on the door “Sorry for the inconvenience, we’ll be closed till September 8th!! Not sure what happened but I do think A PHONE CALL WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE!!! You had my name and my phone number! I had NO time to order food from any other place not to mention wasting my time traveling back and forth on a busy weekend 😡. Won’t be doing this again!! There was a woman in the parking lot trying to preorder for her child’s birthday party. I told her she’s lucky what happened to me didn’t happen to her and to go someplace reliable 👌🏻 When I reached out to them via messenger, the owner turned it around on me like it was my fault. Like I called from the wrong number? Also wouldn’t touch on the fact they were still closed!! Terrible business tactics.

We had the most unbelievable pizzas! The gluten free crust was thin (like my sister likes), regular crust was a perfect thickness. They sold pizza by the slice (only Sicilian left, not pictured, thicker crust square cut - baby loved it!) We built our own well-done pizzas (one was gluten free, other did not have cheese). Prices here were comparable to what we would have ordered from Domino's glad we ended up here! Only wish is they were open a bit later

I have loved Elvio’s in N Conway since I was a kid. Figured I’d try the one in Moultonborough since I was rolling through. Piece of cheese and a corner of pepperoni Sicilian, along with a Greek salad. All was great. Pizza was no over sauced, thin and crispy. The cheese is nice too.

We have gotten food/pizza from there for years and it has always been great but the last 2 times we tried to get it we had horrible experiences well 3 if you count the last time we ate in the restaurant. One of the kids working there was just great taking calls walk in and helping us. He stop to talk to another girl who had been standing around and not a minute later man in the back was screaming at the kid to find something to do but the girl had been doing nothing the entire time we were there. This was last year this year year after calling 13 times I finally got through our order for 3 pizzas it took us 20 minutes to get there only to find when we got there they were having power issues all day. No mention of it on the phone. So confirm our order and paid with a 50 dollar bill which was pizza and tip. After waiting an hour my husband tries to find out when to expect the pizza this same guy screams out from the back no special favors we were like not asking for a favor just want our pizza we have no been waiting for an hour and a half so my husband says just give me back my money so they proceed to give him money minus the tip why would we tip for no service and the won't do it. My husband was like that is my fifty right there in the register and finally just took what we get back and left. Tonight we got off 93 and tried to call 10 times to get a pizza, just got a busy signal and we thought they must be crazy busy. We drove past the restaurant and no cars outside. We ended up stopping at the gas station across from the hardware store and got pizza there...

First off, I have never left a bad review in my life. Terrible customer service! It’s Saturday night and the website says they close at 830pm. I called at 750pm to place an order and they said they’re closing for the night and not doing orders. Prior to that I called literally five minutes before to make sure they were taking orders because my friend said they told her it would take 30 min for her order but ended up taking 2+ hours. Anyway, when I spoke to the girl she said they would deliver and they were open so I hung up to double check with my husband on the food we were ordering and called them back five minutes later(maybe less) and they tell me their shop is closed and not accepting orders. Even if I went to pick it up. Then why does Google and their website say they close at 8:30? The person who I spoke to over the phone had a major attitude as well and I’m guessing they just wanted to leave for the night instead of taking additional orders. I’d highly recommend the owner speaking to their staff because a couple of my friends have said the same thing. I would not recommend... if you don’t want my business then just say...

Looking for a pizza and Italian place to eat on our way home. We stopped and was told it would be about 30 minutes for our food to arrive. They were clearly busy and that was fine, except it took 40 minutes just for a bowl of stuffed shells and a meatball sub. The shells were mostly cheese and very greasy. The meatball sub was meh. On top of that our 16 inch pepperoni pizza took 50 minutes to get to our table. The pizza was VERY greasy and we had to use napkins to soak up all the grease. It was supper thin and gives thin crust pizza a bad name as we were not given a choice if we wanted thick or thin crust. The only good food was the sodas and only because it was bottled Coke products. The younger servers were good thou and did a great job of busting the tables. We also herd some yelling in the kitchen. It sounded like some orders were messed up, which I know can happen, having worked in a restaurant before. I have NEVER given a restaurant a bad review before. This was my first and I wished I didn’t have too, but we were expecting better quality food, given the 4 out of 5...
