I went through the drive through, placed my order paid and picked up my order. All timely. Not an issue. Employee at window was nice and friendly. Problem was when I got home and later checked my bank account, I had an additional charge for a few cents less than my original order. I called the next morning and talked to the manager on duty and was told that within 48 hours one charge would drop off and that another customer had called with the same complaint that there was a problem with their card system. Not a good problem to have. I let her know that If I don't see this money credited back to my account, I will file a police report. Just wonder if this is happening with the same employee. It is identity theft no matter how it happens I will not patronize a business that handles customer complaints in this manner. That money should have been offered back to me as soon as I could get back to their store. No matter if it drops off. 48 hours? I'm the loser in this situation, not Hardee's. Read moreFood is below mediocre. They have a deal on chicken tenders. However the chicken tenders are over cooked and extremely small; leaving the "deal" more of a waste of money. Their tea is entirely too sweet, begging diabetic comas to infect everyone. Their biscuits are their only plus we have had. Hamburgers are dry, flat, and have no flavor. The veggies are wilted and spoiled. Their fries are salty and oily. I can go on and on. Depending on who is working is how the customer gets treated. Our favorite person is a strong, short African American Lady. We went through the drive-thru, the staff was boisterously insane! She slightly raised her voice and put them in. Their place; you could hear a pin drop. For service, this is our favorite place. The atmosphere is a good place to hang out, but not recommended for a meal. A rule of thumb, treat the food you serve, and your customers as if they are the undercover boss, or food critique; you never know which one will pop-up in the store...

While I am ordering she tells me they can’t do the peach shake but they have peach tea and peach lemonade.i tell her no maam give me a minute. While I am saying this she proceeded to tell me again that they have the tea or lemonade. I tell her I’d like orange juice instead and she then asks if that is all before I can respond she said please pull around and cuts her microphone off. I then get to the window and ask for the manager and the lady goes and tells the manager I need to speak to her but the manager fails to come over to the window. I then receive my food and pull off only to find out the Sausage and egg biscuit has cheese on it. I then go back to the store a nicer lady fixes my food and gets the manager for me.
