Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer — Local services in Moundsville

I have bought phones here before, but I was treated horribly during my last visit and will never return. I had a prearranged lease agreement with Progressive Leasing for up to $2400. I brought my mother to get each of us a new phone for our existing lines. The store manager informed us that Progressive would only allow one phone, so I called Progressive and was told that I could indeed purchase 2 phones, and to have the store manager call them if she had any questions. So we went back in and were again told that we couldn't buy two phones. When I asked the manager to call Progressive, as was suggested, she curtly refused. So my mother and I left there, went to the Cricket store at the Highlands, and bought 2 phones with no questions asked. The Moundsville Cricket Store lost out on over $1400 that we spent on phones and accessories at the Highlands, where I'll be shopping from...

I did have to give ONE star because I really don't have any issues with the service. with that being said.. the two females who work this store are so very rude. Everytime I go to pay my bill at this store BOTH of them (different occasions) make me feel so unwelcome and they are so rude. The last time I was at this location 2 months ago the lady with dark hair regina I think her name is I was looking at phones and had swiped my finger across the screen and she tells me that if I am 'not purchasing that phone don't touch it.' If you have a problem don't bother going here. I had talked to the 1-800 customer service and they informed me that I had to go to a retail store.

I was the only one in the store but she refused to help me or even try to do the instructions the 1-800 folks gave. She refused to let me use their phone to call customer service and said it was hopeless. ......I talked to a representative that told me to go to a store. She still refused. Worst customer service.
