Update to below: I stand by most of my statements, but I also now understand a little more of the inner workings, and so while I was unhappy about the response, I got, I can understand why they might not have been privy to that information or might have misunderstood it. This is the reason I commend the management. Not only are they going to help make sure their employees understood but myself as well as a customer and I feel that part is vital to the success of any business. My star recommendation has thus changed to a 5 star.
I give a three star not because they arenāt in someways deserving of a five-star. Itās because also unfortunately in someways, they are deserving of a one star. Foods great, always well-made and very willing to do special orders. Management is on top of it if you have a problem, theyāre there to help you. The issue comes in of the people not managers. They are not either doing what they are taught or are lacking in training. I know the manager very well through many years of being a customer, so I donāt think thatās where the breakdown is. But thereās a breakdown somewhere. Repeatedly, you will be told information by the person on the phone that is incorrect. Even if you speak with corporate and the local management, once those people become the go-between, the manager and corporate are wrong. That is where the failing comes In. When I go to handle this tomorrow I know itāll be rectified for a while. They will do something to rectify the situation, but at that point, Iāve already gone somewhere else the evening before. And the more I have to do that with the company, the less inclined I am to keep having to deal with it by choosing them.
Tonightās issue, which is one Iāve actually had in the past, is where I was told that no points towards Free Pizzas can be done through the store. It is online only! Yet I have been informed by corporate and the store manager that this is categorically incorrect. But this evening, when I called, the young man answering the phone confirmed several times that it was online only and the store had nothing to do with it. I asked him if the manager was wrong when he told me the opposite and he was confident in saying āYes!ā. While I trust the managers and know that they were telling the truth, the problem comes in that that was part of the deciding factor, is that I wanted to use points and at the very least earn points. So I ordered pizza from a different chain that was aware that their online stuff and their stores are linked to some degree. I understand they cannot change my password and possibly not even honor coupons online. But they can definitely honor their point system.
With all of that said, the point I making here is, most of the time youāll be fine and end up with great food. But just be prepared that whatever issue you suddenly have, itās better to just go to a different spot and call back when the manager is available. They will rectify the situation and ensure you are happy to give them...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe customer service representative was unable to accommodate me based on my 10 minute delivery range to my residential address. Iāve worked food service at various restaurants for 13 years and have never been hung up on 4 times. The policy states that they cannot deliver to a non residential address, and will not deliver to a nearby business. Itās a low paying, low end job, and I am very privy to the torment food service workers go through. That being said, I have encountered so very few men that have been as disrespectful and petty as this assistant manager was. He was certainly following a horrible policy, but his professionalism and ability to accommodate paying, good tipping customers is baffling. He failed to provide his name, he couldnāt make an exception to get us a pizza when they were open. He played by the rules, but honestly this guy was kind of a wuss. Itās more opinion here, but he got off by denying us and hanging up on us for times. Policy is policy, and he stood by that. Good for him. No need to be a condescending, rude, feminine, unapologetic, and vindictive representative well within his legal rights. I get it, food service sucks and rules are rules. Bottom line is I bussed, Iāve been a cashier at pizza shop, Iāve been on the pizza line, Iāve bar tended, Iāve dishwashed, Iāve hosted, Iāve served, Iāve done everything but manage and line cook on a legitimate restaurant. I feel compelled to right this negative review for the assistant manager on shift got such a rise of hanging up on us for times. āHave...

For years, my grandmother has called (she is old and cannot navigate the online website or app) and asked for the mix and match deal on her order for two pizzas for $6.99 each. Which with delivery and after taxes comes to $19.81 and always tips the drivers seven dollars, a 35% tip!
My grandmother (who is in her 80s) called me today to ask about her most recent order, wondering why it cost her nearly $40 for two medium two topping pizzas. After following up with the store, I was told it was because she did not ask for the coupon to be applied. Now, it is her word against theirs, but she has been making this same order consistently for years, so I doubt she didn't ask. It's a coupon that Domino's runs literally every day, you'd have to be out of your mind not to use it. She literally tailors her order to fit the terms of this daily coupon, so I have a hard time believing that she did not want it applied.
I was told that they would not apply it to this order because it would be "too much work" and for her to ask for the coupon to be applied the next time. However, she had asked for it to be applied this time, so I have no faith that they won't take advantage of her again.
Terrible customer service and...
