Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Mount Airy

They got my order wrong, so I called them after I got home, over 20 minutes away, and the manager, probably some 22 year old kid who doesnt care about anything, answered and immediately had an attitude. I told him they got my order wrong, and the first response he gave me was "Yea.... I dont know what to tell you." I told him no, I want a discount or rebate or something from you to make this right. He goes "well i can take your info and give you a discount next time you come in. I said no, I want a discount or rebate on THIS order. And guess what he says?! "Sir, I already explained to you that its going to take longer to give you a discount on this order rather than just giving you a discount next time.

Bro, I've done your minimum wage job, its not that hard, and it doesnt take that long....

I told him forget it. Shitty management, shitty service, and they dont even know how to do the simplest job on this planet lol.

Absolute worst experience! Arrives 15 mins after placing order, waited 5 mins before anyone acknowledged me (they had 4 to 5 ppl on the cook line, a driver, one guy just taking stickers from the printer and putting on boxes, and the guy who was supposed to be at the register....the line was chatty, joking and using foul language....point being they weren't short staffed).....anyways once finally acknowledged the guy struggled to find my order when he did "its going to be 20 mins". Ok cool its Friday night, pretty busy so I totally get it!

Go back to my car for 20 mins....come back in, again struggles to find my name.....this time "its going to be another 30 mins." At this point I tell him to cancel the order and leave.

This location is so poorly managed....I literally have no idea how you go from 20 mins to tacking on another 30 mins....regardless we will not be using this lication again. Sticking to the local mom and pop...

The pizza was perfect. What was not was I ordered other things. Like parmesan cheese, red pepper, special seasoning and extra garlic sauce. What I got was 1 pepperocini and 3 garlic ( one for each pizza) and some special seasoning. It was ready in 15 minutes but I paid online and had my daughter pick it up. So she had no idea what we ordered. When you call to complain they want to bring back you whole orsoramd give you another. Yeah so BS. O worked at pizza hut and when the lrdorwas wrong we sent out amoanot. And if it was an everyday thing we marked it on their account. But for a first time we believed them. Anyway. From now on if and when I order I'm going to have to do what I do at KFC in Mt. Airy. Don't leave or let them leai til I know I have everything. Come on....you all want 15$ an hour. Then read a simple order and...
