Despite reading the reviews about poor portion sizing, I was craving chipotle so I decided to give it a try anyway. I got a bowl with honey chipotle chicken, fajita veggies, white rice, sour cream, and cheese. I did a mobile order and picked it up through the drive-through. Came to this location 7min before closing after being turned away at the hermitage location, which closes an hour later, they had everything I wanted, and were super friendly. Told them about my bad experience at the hermitage location and they threw in a bag of chips free! The team and manager at this location are clearly more professional and have a better work ethic. We ordered online and picked up two bowls. One was fine, not generous but ok, the other was only literally half filled. No way to contact someone at the restaurant, just an automated message.
