Gaetano's Steaks & Subs - Mount Laurel — Restaurant in Mount Laurel Township

We were visiting New Jersey today and when I looked up places to eat a good steak and cheese, and saw that their steak and cheese can be ordered on garlic bread I was sold! So we got two of them one on garlic bread and one on plain bread with not crazy additions literally just the basic. We also got their steak and cheese eggrolls. The steaks where loaded with meat.. the cheese wasn't much but we kind of prefer it that way so it worked out well and the garlic whew talk about garlic breath for days. Clearly it's fresh garlic on that bread because it was very strong but mixed really well with the steak so I was sold. Definitely not skimping on the meat thats for sure. The eggrolls weren't my favorite but my husband enjoyed them. We'll definitely go again when we are in the area. If you go try the Garlic Bread version you won't be disappointed... just...

Gaetano's used to be our "go to" place for steaks--not anymore! They used to make steaks & chicken steaks that were so stuffed you couldn't get your mouth around it; a large would feed 4 people! Got sandwiches from there today, thinking the last disappointing sandwiches were a fluke--nope, crappy products are now the norm. The rolls are the same size, the price is the same, but the filling is sadly lacking. A large chicken steak has no more chicken on it than you'd expect on a mini and the Italian chicken steak had maybe 4 little baby spinach leaves and so little chicken all that I could taste was wet bread and provolone. Yuck! Used to get great pizza there, too, with "The Works". Toppings on the last one wouldn't have covered a personal-size pizza! Definitely done wasting money there; don't know what happened but Gaetano's has definitely...

Do not order from this place. The family wanted to try for first time. I placed an order for pick up and order was wrong twice. First after getting home and opening bag, they forgot my daughters order. When I called to tell them , they never apologized, just said when you get here it would still be hot. After getting my daughters order and getting home, we opened our steaks and the chicken cheesesteak, which when I ordered, the order was read back as chicken and receipt says chicken, the steak ended up being not chicken. So now my wife will not be eating with us and now my dinner is cold. I called requesting a manager or owner to call me, but they said that someone would but you know that will...
