šVictoriaās Bagel Bistro - Mount Laurel, NJ āļøāļøāļøāļøĀ½
Food:
Bagel Sandwich - Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Bagel, Ham, Egg, Provolone, Garlic & Herb Spread The bagel was perfectly toasted and full of flavor. That garlic & herb spread? Absolutely a must-try! Maple-glazed ham added the perfect touch of sweetness.
Bagel Sandwich - Everything Bagel, Turkey Bacon, Egg, JalapeƱo Cheddar, Garlic & Herb Spread So good, I couldāve ordered two. Turkey bacon was solid, but Iād have liked a bit more. The garlic & herb spread is seriously out of this world. JalapeƱo cheddar added a little heat that worked perfectly.
Bagel Sandwich - Egg Bagel, Sausage, Egg, American, Honey Sriracha Spread Iām obsessed with the honey sriracha spread. The egg bagel was fresh and had great texture. Sausage was savory and paired perfectly with the sweet-spicy combo.
Ydian - Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Bagel, Bacon, Egg, American, Avocado, Scallion Cream Cheese This one had a more subtle flavor profile, thanks to the avocado and scallion cream cheese. Still delicious, especially if you prefer a milder combo.
Drinks:
Iced Bourbon Butterscotch Coffee with Oat Milk Tasty, but the bourbon flavor was a bit strong for my taste. If you love bourbon, though, this oneās for you!
Iced Cinnamon Vanilla Coffee with Cream This one was good, though a little heavy on the cinnamon for me. My boyfriend enjoyed it, but Iād have loved a better cinnamon-vanilla balance.
We loved it so much, we came back twice! The bagel variety is awesome, and the iced coffees are a steal at just a few bucks. While the first visit ordering online was smooth, the second time we ordered in person and felt a bit rushed. The staff didnāt seem as patient, and they didnāt list all the cheese options (there are at least 6, but we were only told about 2). They also made assumptions about our order (like assuming American cheese), which made us feel a bit uncomfortable. That said, weāll definitely be backābut probably sticking to online ordering next time.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThese bagels are delicious. Weāre in an area used to delicious bagels, and they have some variations like French Toast and Cinnamon Sugar that can make for nice memories with the kids. I would stop in more but relegate it to when I happen to be in the immediate vicinity on that side of the highway; like a light away, in the plaza, that kind of thing. The process itself never fails to lead me to regret the decision. The nonsense of the front house shifting to take phone orders at 1 of the their 2 official registers is truly a marvel in this day and age. People pick up prior placed orders along the way; I refuse to be a call-in with how I how it makes them jerks to their in-service lines, and honestly Iām not about to order online when theyāre distressing people in lines. Iāve encountered people that swear by a variety of other Burlington-vicinity bagel shops and feign utter underwhelm by Victoriaās. It may be the mental anguish of that out-of-control inappropriate handling. That area of Mt Laurel maybe doesnāt have options? In this day of phone and tablet order transacting, that a front register (1/2) is removed from the workflow for call-ins of those not yet at location: obscene. There are plenty fulfilling orders, and a nice, observant hustle about the order fulfillment, but even if you eliminate hot plates orders from the place, forbid if you are coming in for an in/out a la carte transaction. Imo any of the food processors could rotate awaiting a toasted carb or fried egg with handling call-in order entries at a tablet, but they rather run...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe food is generally fine, but the customer service is horrible. As a local guide, I very rarely write negative reviews. I like to focus on the positive and highlights gems I find in the neighborhood and while traveling. But, when I bring a carload of young women in for a quick breakfast stop, and, when we walk in, the discussion stops and all the young ladies behind the counter stare at us, not a single hello, welcome, or anything... When one of us approaches the register to order and we can literally look at them ignoring us... When we feel so unwelcome after 2 complete minutes of silence with NO ONE ELSE IN THE SHOP TO WAIT ON... Well, we decided to just leave and go somewhere else. Abhorrent. There is no sensible explanation for that and it deserves a poor review. I won't return or continue to recommend this place, and hope for the sake of the business they do some training on customer experience. I don't need frills at a bagel shop. But, looking at multiple of you look at me holding a menu at the register and trying to order and not one person steps up to help or says a word - wildly...
