Probably not going to stop coming here (because it’s the closest one near by) but I certainly won’t be coming after 7pm; Me and fiancé placed a mobile order for pick up in drive through, both of us having separate orders under our own names. Get there and let associate know we’re picking up two orders. Pull around, and we’re waiting about 10 minutes at the window before we’re acknowledged by either of the two associates we could see inside. We were not acknowledged by the long haired red-head young man with his back to the window the entire time (whom we’d assumed was breaking down everything to clean for the night but not helping this other associate in any way) or the other older woman associate (presumably supervisor, by the colored collared shirt she had on?) until she came back with one bag and walked away (assuming to get our other order) when she came back we had asked if we could have some fresher fries because the ones we’d just been given were really cold and stale, they’d definitely been sitting for a while. She rushed off to come back and to our surprise, then threw the new small bag of fries into my fiancés lap (who’s driving) She literally threw them at him and rushes off again. The other associate, the young man, seeing what happened said not a word and I loudly voiced my displeasure for the unnecessary response, but not directed towards him or other associate. The woman (Supervisor?) then comes back and tries to dismiss us, asking why we hadn’t left. My fiancé states it’s because he hadn’t received his order. She grabs it from where it was sat behind the drive through window and hastily pushed it towards my fiancé; who in response flinches. There was no other exchange of words; no apology or acknowledgement of the situation that just happened. Rather than stay to diffuse or speak with a manager (it’s after 8pm, there isn’t one we’d assume) we opted to leave a review and call to speak with management in the morning. We were not given the paper receipts for our orders so we do not know the name of the woman who served us. My fiancé has a dash cam and it recorded everything, we watched it back and neither of us understood what happened. If we provoked her response or thought maybe it was an accident, but then saw how mentioned woman associate above handled the food to the customers before us (aggressively) Maybe she was having a bad night? Probably understaffed; by how much the young man was helping her (not really) she’s probably in the kitchen herself. We understand understaffing; but the blatant disrespect or the failure to acknowledge the mistake was awful service. Really hope management considers properly staffing their late-night shifts so that what employees they’re maintaining aren’t burnt-out (we’ve been there, we get it) and talking to these employees about teamwork and open communication. Bad employees stem from bad work...
Read moreWhat a horrible experience!! Placed a mobile order for $42. Went to pick it up, everything was good until I reached the pickup window. They made me wait more than 10 min for 4 burgers, out of which 3 were ready in the first 3 minutes. I could hear then say again and again we are waiting on a single to get this order out. I waited patiently, all the mean while the line behind me increasing. When they realized this. They acted like opening up the packets to make sure I wasn't looking, shuffled the burgers around and gave then to me. The young lady at the drive thru gave me two thumps up ( usually means your good) but I guess not. Drive away as my dog was at the vet, only to realize I was missing one of the big burgers, so I drove back, not cause I cared about the burger but they way they treated me and with me being there thought it was okay to just leave me with out 1 whole burger. Once I was back trying to get the burger, they couldn't find my order in the system anymore, when I reached the window I had to show them my mobile order to prove it was me, ever though I was just there a few minutes ago. In any case check your orders, and Wendy's if this is the experience you want your customers to have maybe stop poking at your other competitors who atheist train their staff to not be rude after committing a crime. Attached photo is how a 13$ signature burgers was given to me. When I politely asked the lady at the window to just repack, she rudely said throw it in the dustbin outfrount if you don't like it. That burger cost an hour of their lazy work at the location and throw it away. PS Wendy's I have the whole interaction first and second part on dash cam with audio if you have any doubts. Reach out to me and then maybe I'll let you have it if you...
Read moreAt 2:15 pm I went through the drive thru of Wendy's at 74 Centerton Road in Mount Laurel, NJ. I ordered a wrap, a 6 piece nugget, and the $1 coupon book. When I got to the window, I was handed my bag. I noticed the coupon book was missing, and when I asked for it, they disappeared for a bit. That’s when my daughter noticed a box of fries in the bag. When the woman working the drive thru returned, she handed me the coupon book. I asked if I could use one of the coupons to get a free tiny frosty. She ignored my request and asked for my bag, which was already in my vehicle. I wasn’t thinking and handed her my bag. She reached into it and removed the fries, and handed me the bag back. Not only is it disgusting having someone reach into my bag, but it was already handed to me and the fries being included was considered a gift. I’m not sure if she dumped them back into the other fries, or threw them away, but I am assuming she wanted to save them if she wasn’t willing to let us have them, because throwing them away would be a loss anyway. I finally got my frosty but they didn’t give me anything to eat it with. She tried to shove me away even though it wasn’t busy. Overall, this was a terrible, unusual experience. In all my years of using drive thru, I have never had an employee rummage my food bag after handing it to me. It concerns me that the fries being offered may have come in contact with other customers as mine have, and I will not be returning and I feel like I should get an explanation, some rectification, or I will have to tell this story for...
