So if your gonna have a sale, least be able to honor the stuff people ordered. I ordered my cookies at 5pm yesterday to pick up after work around 730. This would be enough time you think to honor someone’s order. Apparently not, this location decided to only honor the walk in people and completely cancel the online orders. The staff was rude. Honored no compensation. We were told to either wait amongst hundreds of people for a refund or come back the next day. So being as I didn’t wanna wait in a crowd, I came back today just to be told all but one of the cookies I had prepaid for yesterday, are sold out and I was either to come back tomorrow or get a refund or settle seven of the same cookie. This is absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional. You have children running these places who can’t manage a flow of customers or maintain satisfaction. Online orders should be a priority, not cancelling those of us who paid hours ago just to appease the walk ins. Absolutely ridiculous and I will not be bringing my business back. I was a regular customer but this is absolute ridiculous and half of that staff should be fired for accomedating walk ins over the several people who paid for their stuff hours ahead of time. This location was very clean, employees were extremely friendly and it was very easy to order! We were greeted when we entered and noticed there were 2 customers ahead of us. One already ordered and 1 ordering. We placed our order at the kiosk which couldn’t have been any easier. By the time we finished ordering both customers had already received their orders and left. The employees chatted with us during our short wait and confirmed that our order was correct before closing up our boxes. At first you think that the price tag is high but it was well worth it for these! We have a family of 5 so we ordered the 6 count and 1 extra because of course one was needed one for the road! Lol The 6 count we saved for later so we could split them up once the kids got home from school. They were still fresh hours later and they were big enough that we could cut them into 5s so everyone could have a taste of each. We all loved them! It was a nice treat and we will for sure be returning in the future! Today 6/17/24 I ordered 4 cookies and to my surprise when I arrived they I checked in on the app and it states there was 19 people in front on me normal for a Monday night. Then all of a sudden it said my cookies were ready, the store was packed so I waited to pick up my cookies cause in my mind I said impossible that my cookies were ready that fast especially since 19 people were ahead of me. Once I finally went inside I waited until everyone ahead of me spoke to the one female staff and then I walked up to the counter and stated that I was there to pick up my cookies, the staff asked for my name and I stated it and she then proceeded to tell me that my cookies were unavailable. So confused I asked her how are my cookies not here if the app stated that my cookies were ready. The staff then stated we called your name and no one came… so I asked her so you just gave my cookies away? She stated yea something like that but I can give you a refund.
