The service here is very displeasing . I have always run into issues with this panera. I tend to order "on the go" through the app often and most times when I go to pick up the order half of it is missing . Which usually doesn't get me upset , I understand they run out of things and are a very high volume panera. However , there is nothing to notify me of the things that are missing . I usually either have to look in the bag myself to double check to see if everything is there , or someone comes up to me last minute and tells me that certain items are missing . The second scenario kind of worries me because what if there was no one really paying attention to the "on the go" cart pick up or what if someone had missed me picking up my order and I did not double check to make sure everything is there. I essentially would be out of almost half my order most times. Another time I had ordered through the tablets they have displayed to help avoid a long line. I had ordered a large drink and there were no large drinks available on the cart. When I had went to the counter I asked for a large drink since I paid for one , and the girl at the counter told me that there were no more large drink cups available because they ran out for the day. Understandable to some means . But she then offered me a medium. I explained to her I paid for a large , however she continued to offer me a medium drink. She did not offer to refund me my money in anyway or improvise a way to make a large drink. She eventually offered me two medium drinks after I suggested it to her. It was really frustrating , granted it probably would have not been as frustrating if I had better expierences in the past. Most the times the tables are dirty when you go to sit and eat as well. I've had times where they have given people that ordered after me their order before me because they were dining in and I was taking out . I never used to have so many bad expierences here , it just seems they need to pay attention to details more . I have gone to other paneras in the area and other states and they tend to be a bit more accommodating, as well as attentive to details when running out of items and filling orders etc. The food is overall good when you get your order correctly and I don't think the prices are...
Read moreMy understnding is that present people who run this place are okay. This post is about a woman who used to manage it. So I was at a job interview here, and was a bit nervous at the interview. Look - I need more sick days than other people. This is how it is. But sadly, there don't appear to laws to protect me and allow me to work, so I just sat here twiddling my thumbs like an idiot, only able to afford clothes from Walmart. From like 2008 to 2019 the only work I could get was working as a day laborer. Where I was abused a few times. A big burly guy screaming in my face abusing me calling me stupid. He was too stupid and lazy to even bother to manage, and took it out on me. Anyway, I wound up at Walmart, where again I was abused. And no, it wasn't because of any criminal record that was just the only work I could find. I applied here, at Wawa, Wegmans, Acme, Chipotles, just to get money for a car, textooks, clothes, etc. But nope I was severely underemployed for like ten years, now I"m disabled, probably from too much manual labor. There was woman who used to manage this place, she's a very insensitive person. The sort of person who kicks you when you're down. An abusive person who enjoys mocking and being cruel and freaks out over some trivial little thing. She freaks out in a subtle way, is abusive in subtle ways but abusive nonetheless. A very unenlightened person who devalues others, dehumanized others, is angry and disgruntled, and see things in very superficial way. Yes, a woman who used to manage this place is very much like this. I hope she grows and learns perspective and understanding for others. Because the person I encountered is very self righteous, immature, entitled. I hope this person...

Good Evening:
I walked into Panera Bread's Mt. Laurel location at 48 Centerton Square, Mount Laurel, NJ today and was totally impressed with the spacious, neat, clean, tidy atmosphere!! As is my custom when I walk into any eatery establishment, I always check the Ladies' room for cleanliness and overall upkeep in addition to checking whether there is hand soap in the soap dispenser because let's face it if customers and staff use the same rest rooms, that is definitely a concern of mine to ensure staff is washing their hands before serving my food!!!
The upkeep of the Ladies' room put me at ease!!
I then went to the register to place my order and met a very kind young woman named McKenzie who asked if she could take my order, but I decided to give a compliment about the neatness and overall appearance of the store.
Scott walked by just as McKenzie and I were speaking and thanked me for the compliment!! Scott was very pleasant as well and engaging!!
McKenzie waited on me but beforehand we had a mutually delightful conversation about cleanliness and great customer service. She was very pleasant and engaging and expressed her feelings about the same. I ordered a bowl of my favorite ...Autumn Soup and a baguette ... and was not disappointed at all!! It was very delicious!!
I've always been of the opinion that because this world offers a daily diet of extreme negativity, I feel compelled to seek out and point out the positive in people, places, and things every chance I get!! 👍
Btw, Thank you for hiring McKenzie & Scott!! My experience was enjoyable!! God Bless You!!! 🙏
Signed: Sharon,...
