Today I went to the newly openned Macys on Centerton Rd Mt Laurel.i recently had knee replacement surgery,so I was thrilled to see carts in front of the store. Many shoppers have bad knees,so using a cart is quite helpful. The moment I walked into the store,a female manager/salesperson (not sure which) approached me with a very angry tone. She loudly criticized me for bringing a cart into the store. She saidāno carts are allowed, and she blocked me.She pointed to the front entrance and demanded that I use a push basket with a long wagon handle..I had no idea that the carts in front of that store were from Cosco,as she proudly told me.I told her I just had my knee replaced and that the push basket wasnāt going to work for me.She shrugged and said āoh wellā. I turned around and left to go to Home goods,TJ Maxx and Target-All of those stores offer shopping carts.I spent a lot In those stores! I wonāt be going back to the new Macys again. Angry Salespeople really ruin it for a Shopper. They lost a good...

From my experience, that place is consistently neat and tidy, with most items in their rightful spots. And trust me, you won't come across as many ripped-open packages resembling the aftermath of a raccoon party the night before waste management swings by...
