I placed a mobile order for pickup so I could use a deal in the app. I waited a few minutes past the estimated ready time because I saw they were busy. When I went in to pick up my order I was not greeted, the young lady was staring at the order screen confused. After a few minutes she turned around and asked what I needed. I told her I was picking up an order and gave her my name. She said they were getting it together. About that time an older woman came around to the front in a panic asking if everyone had been helped. Then she disappeared into the back. After about another 5 minutes I got my order and went out to my car. I noticed when I sat down that my au jus was missing. Back inside I go. The young lady was talking to another associate but stopped to ask what I needed again. I told her I was missing my au jus. She said nothing to me, but went back to talking to the other girl about an animal with an infection that has popped and how if it popped again she would have to put it down. That's a great conversation to overhear while she's filling a bowl with sauce. Yum 🤮. I get home and my sandwiches are half put together, more cheese on the wrapper than the sandwich because the bun was just thrown on. I don't know what happened, but it seems like every Arby's around me has slacked off on customer service and food service. Tools the girl at the drivethru and came inside as soon as the massage walked up to me she had an attitude you could see before i said a word to her
I showed her the coupon on the app and showed my purchase and told her IDK why but the sandwich was not on my order She flat out refused to help and when i asked a question she threw her hands up in the air roller her eyes and sighed like i was just on her last nerve
She refused to help so i asked for a refund and again she refused she told me she won't give me another or do anything about it and i just need to call corporate
Came straight home and 7 minutes and my food was not even Luke warm Actually my fries had dried grease on them like they were sitting out all day they were rubber and disgusting The sandwich was pretty much ice cold
This is ridiculous and to be told they won't give me my money back is even more ridiculous

Read moreI was really disappointed because I haven't had Arby's in years. Today, I decided to go for an Arby's Roast Beef for lunch. When I pulled into the parking lot, I saw the advertisement for a Loaded Italian sandwich. "The MEAT" was supposed to be "LOADED," but what a letdown, disappointment it turned out to be. When I received my sandwich, it was cut in half. I picked up the first half and had to search for the "MEAT," which was still connected to the other half. I tore it off and opened up the first half, only to find that it hardly resembled a Loaded Italian. The meat was dry, and while the fries were hot and the drink was cold, there was way too much lettuce, peppers, and tomatoes, far outweighing the amount of meat. The time it took to place my order was also excessively long. I thought something might be wrong inside, and after saying "hello" one more time, someone finally responded. 🤗 Will I try Arby's again? Maybe in a few years, but definitely not the Loaded Italian. Honestly, I think I would have been better off spending $12 on a Powerball ticket, as I would have gotten more...
