Went to get pizza bread and a pasta and ordered delivery that was pulled out of the oven at 7:30pm. 45 minutes after that I was called and told it could not be delivered and to come pick it up in store so I asked for them to remake the pizza as it has been sitting at this point for almost an hour and would be over an hour by time I arrived. The manager told me to wait 20 minutes and they would remake the food, void my previous transaction due to the delivery fee and all would be good. So I waited 20 more minutes and then drove to the store to pick up my food.
When I got there I was still given the same pizza that was ready at 730 pm and the box still had the receipt that it was finished at that time. (it was past 845 pm at this point). They voided my recipt and the "fixed receipt" ended up a higher final cost than the first one that I placed online and I was STILL charged the delivery fee when I had to pick it up.
When I reached out to customer service I got a generic response 3+ days later from a "crystal" that she would alert the store, but provided no resolution past that. "Crystal" has not responded for 2 days again at this point from my follow up and I have not heard from the store.
I ordered delivery so I didn't have to drive, and also so I didn't have to waste dishes and cook. Not only did I have to drive, I also had to recook cold food that sat out for an hour or longer and was still charged the delivery fee.
All in all this was terrible service while trying to give dominos a second chance after a previous bad experience at a different store, but it appears the issues are company wide. Avoid this place and spend your money on a local pizza joint instead. I'm going to add their response email becuase it was not a solution, and I think everyone should see this is their "customer service" and "resolution" to being overcharged...
Read moreA year ago I gave this dominos a great review. Sorry to say it hasn't been in 9 months. Avoid at all cost! Tonight they put the wrong sauce on, annoying yes extra time and gas yes. I call up there explain it is ranch not garlic Parm sauce (that I paid extra for)huge difference right was told person answering phone made the pizza and the pizza was correct, repeatedly told I was wrong. I could see the garlic butter they add to crust, thought it was just miscommunication, I tossed my slice back in box, drove up there. The manager who made the pizza and answered the phone told me no she would not look at the pizza she made it right and if I complained again they would stop serving me as a customer!! Due to my complaint... Refused to give me a # or a time to speak to district manager.while smiling and laughing. How is it my fault they got it wrong? I brought the wrong one back only wanting what I ordered. I wouldn't return to this dominos if they offered a year free pizza! I thought the staff was improving boy I was wrong. If you want what you ordered or it on time go...
Read moreSo another update as of July 18th who was actually delicious in hot and fresh in manager was very inconsiderate and all he had to say was you're welcome.. felt like it was a huge consideration to be calling the sword to give them a compliment..
Another udate..so I call to place a pick up order.. after looking at the app to figure out what we wanted to eat and use my credit was told I could not use the coupon because they are specialty pizzas in the coupon could not be applied and then was hung up on wonderful management wonderful company they won't even call back for complaints
so sick of food coming under cooked.. ordered well done. so far from well done.. called the store to complain and was told a $5.00 charge to remake there mess up.. nope not charging me again..
Another update: placed an online order after I got home from work.. they cancelled my order because it was to close to there closing time..
Everything on the last 2 orders were under cooked.. you email or call for customer service never hear...
