Took 1.5 hours to get my delivery. I’ve used many locations. This store always drops the ball. I live less than 2 miles away. I always follow the tracker you guys provide to know what the progress is. I work 14.5 hour days on the weekends. This night I wanted to just come home, relax but instead I wait by my door for over an hour just because I don’t want the driver waking up my 3 neighboring apartments having it been so late. They forgot the icing for my dessert. Pizzas were not hot. Hardly warm at best. Chicken on the thin crust pie was dry. Cinnamon twists were also dry. Why have the tracker if it’s far from accurate? When I called to Complain Check on the order “assistant manager” told me to call Back on Tuesday when the store manager was there. While I was on the phone with the assistant manager instead of just admitting to the mishap or the bad service he made excuses and then with the driver nearby he asked the driver about the situation. The driver said he made the delivery quickly. I bet the driver did make the delivery quick. Why wouldn’t he? I live less that two miles down the street. Don’t say I’m wrong about the situation and get back up from your driver. From when I made my order it said it would take 23-33 minutes to receive my order. I understand that is give or take. Tracker was on point. True delivery, not so much. Order was placed at 10:31pm Delivery said 23-33 minutes Tracker said it was on schedule Tracker showed it was ready within 20 minutes or less. By 11:31 I made a call to the store. They Said all their deliveries were already in route so it must be on the way. Driver showed up 10 minutes later. When I answered the phone he said something along the lines of “I’m here with your speedy delivery”. I don’t know what happened. I don’t care. Just don’t side against a customer if you don’t have your ducks in order. Also when I told the assistant manager to have the store manager call me because he couldn’t help me. Read moreWe placed an order for a gluten free pizza without cheese for a member of my family, due to food allergies. Because the website guaranteed the food could be prepared without cheese (we understand cross contamination is a thing, and luckily the allergies are not severe enough to be concerned about that issue), we went ahead with the order, along with a few other, unmodified food items. Upon arriving home, it was discovered cheese had been included on the pizza. I called the store and the phone quality left quite a bit to be desired. I could barely hear the person in the kitchen while I was speaking with the employee because the phone picked up every other voice in the kitchen. Eventually the issue was explained and they agreed to remake. I arrived at the store and the pizza was not ready (I live relatively close so this is understandable), but no one in the store knew what I was talking about when I said I was picking up a pizza that had to be remade. I was able to hear an employee making pizzas comment that "it was only cheese, what's the big deal," to which I raised my voice and loudly voiced that food allergies are something they need to be concerned about since they are safe-serve certified. Eventually the corrected pizza was provided and I did my best to apologize for the raised voice. Quality of the food was very good, and they did address their mistakes in a relatively timely manner. Read moreThis location is unbelievable. My family lives maybe 15 minutes from the store. Only a select handful of times have we gotten our food quickly and it’s been hot. And it’s always the same delivery woman when that happens. We have had to call in the past and have gotten nothing but grief from them. We received a sandwich that looked like it had been placed in the box and the box was violently shaken. They wouldn’t refund our order or even remake the food. We keep giving this place chances and we regret it every time. Well tonight we ordered about 5 things. I placed the order at 7:09. It said ‘Atif has left the store at 7:23’ and it didn’t show up till 8:15. Apparently we aren’t the only ones who have had a problem with this specific driver. And then once the food arrived, we had an extra item and one of the items was completely missing! Every-time we tried to call the location, it was answered and then we were immediately hung up on. A member of my family had to drive to the location to get the item, what’s the point of a delivery fee if it needs to be picked up anyway??
