Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

If I could give zero stars I would. I like to go for milkshakes once in awhile, service is always slow in the evening. Went last night and it was beyond horrible. I had to repeat myself three times and the person taking the order through drive thru was slurring her words to badly that I couldn't even understand her. I pulled up to the window for the total and for my order. I waited a while before given the total. On the outside of the window there is a small screen that has your total amount visible for you to see, okay so my total was changed four different times. As I looked in the window the cashier called someone else over and neither of them seemed to get it right. She finally gives me my total and when taking my card she looked so zoned out (high). Her and her coworker both were out of it. Eyes red as ever and low, neither could stop swaying, both acted...

Ordering and buying this ice cream cake was the most frustrating experience. We started the order process on Wednesday for a Saturday morning pickup. The problem lies in that english is the second language of most of the staff. When we called on Wednesday to order the cake, were instructed to call back tomorrow (Thursday) and speak with the cake person. Which we did. We placed our order but both people that we spoke with were difficult to understand and we were suspect that our order would be correct. Upon arrival, our suspicions were justified. We asked for "Happy 7th Birthday Gideon" to be on top of the cake. Instead, upon arrival it was written on the serving disk with out the "7th". I had them correct it, but I had to wait an additional 15 minutes or so. The cake cost $26.00 (6 inch) my grandson enjoyed it so this Baskin Robbins gets 3 stars...

Ordered a banana Sunday when we questioned why there were no bananas and hot fudge on it they just said they were on the bottom so we checked surprisingly they were not on the bottom we went back around to get my order replaced they just placed the hot fudge and bananas on top of my already melting ice cream and acted shocked when we were upset because it melted even faster and made a mess so we had go back through the AGAIN to have them replace our order properly cashier got upset with mebecause I told her to replace the order or give us our money back would one star but I feel bad for people who lack...
