I wish I could give this location zero stars. Service was horrendous. I ordered 3 burgers and a large fry at the drive-thru. There were 2 cars in front of me and 1 car behind me. Each car spent almost 5 minutes each at the window waiting for their order. So, after waiting 10 minutes for the 2 cars ahead of me, I began my wait at the window. Almost 6 minutes go by when a women comes to the window and asked me to pull around to the door. I said, I've been waiting 15 minutes, how much longer will it be? I was told 2 minutes. I said, then I'll wait here. She closes the window. 30 seconds later another woman (who was the manager) comes to the window and says "if you refuse.to drive around then I refuse to serve you." She slams the window shut. No refund was offered. I waited. In less than a minute, she returns with my order and says, "Don't ever come back here again." Then, she tossed the bag at me and slams the window shut. Really? Don't worry, I would NEVER go back there anyway. That manager was extremely rude and had the worst attitude. Obviously, something is really wrong with her and she took it out on me---the customer. She needs sensitivity training, an attitude adjustment, and a leadership workshop. If she knew how to be an effective manager, it wouldn't have taken 15+ minutes to fulfill my order. And, to top it off, the order was incorrect. One burger that was supposed to be plain (due to an extreme mustard allergy) had everything on it with an unbelievable amount of mustard. Yes, I did mention the mustard allergy when ordering. So, this made a horrendous experience potentially criminal. Into the garbage it went.

When they finally spoke they took the driver in the other lane who immediately pulled in, finally they told us they were closed and told us to leave. We pulled into another drive thru incident. We called to let them know we got the entire wrong order and came back with it to show we want our meal. When we pulled up the order taker was incredulous and brought out her inner hood rat voice to me for having the nerve to do this over the speaker. We drove around and again they completely gave us the wrong meals again. I walked back in and politely told a manager 'excuse me but you gave us the wrong order again. This isn't our food but another order.' she went into a tirade and walked away from me saying I will not handle this anymore. I had to wait until another employee took the time to help me to get our actual order which was handed out to another car it seems. 3. I came at 8pm in the the lobby and the door said 'close at 10pm lobby,' the door was even open with guest.i walked up to the counter and the manager tells me the lobby is closed despite any explanation and with guests eating. I pointed out your door says 10 pm and you have people being served in the drive thru please let me buy 1 whopper since I came in from the poring rai. She said leave the lobby is closed. Read moreWell, I rated this BK 5 stars in the past. However, the past 2 months, service has gone to crap. The last 2 months, every time I get to the drive thru, they say hold for a minute. I literally sit there between 9 to 17 minutes waiting to place my order. Then it takes an additional 10 to 15 minutes to get the food. This has been really disappointing as my family loves BK. Then the kicker today was that there Strawberry and Nerds machine was in "Defrost " mode... The last 3 times something was wrong with their machine! If your employees don't want to clean the machine to sell the product, take it off the DAMN Menu!!!
I have read some of the other reviews and I honestly believe they have mistaken this BK for the one on Durand. My family loves BK and we tried the one on Durand several times and each one was a complete disaster! Customer Service was trash, the lady was completely rude on the speaker that I just pulled away and went to Popeyes next door. I now drive past that BK and go to the one on Washington Ave. There the Customer Service has been nothing less than excellent. The food has always been fresh. The last couple of visits, my order has been taken by Nicole and her Service is perfect and I told her that she needs to teach the other BK on how to treat customers.
