Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

Horrible Horrible Horrible. No other words. The young lady taking My order was rushing me I have a family of 4 so it does take time to place everyone order. She did accurately put in the order but when it came out everything was wrong. I ordered 1 med adult meal 1 large adult meal both fries were medium. No straws giving. I order no sauce on a burger went home and there was sauce. I ordered Jr cheese burgers for kids meals was given chicken strips. I noticed this before leaving so I did get the burgers after all. When handed my adult meals no fries were in it. I also notice before leaving. So I received fries. I'm guessing that's why they were both medium to hurry up and give me something. I didn't notice the difference until I got home. The gentlemen who brought my order out (because I was asked to park due to all the mistakes that had been made) was apologetic. For $30 and an added wait it definitely wasn't worth it. I would have chosen another dinning place had I known I would receive so many inconveniences. Needles to say I didn't finish my no sauce burger( #1) because I'm pregnant and couldn't stand the taste. I was to weak and exhausted to go back and get a new burger. So I spent money for it that I didn't even eat. Also after being reminded no straws were provided. This is why I hardly eat here...

They mess up our orders often. I’ve had to get several refunds overtime because they cannot seem to get the orders done right. Whether it’s a busy or calm day, they manage to botch it up often. The place is DIRTY! All capitals! The frozen yogurt machine was DRIPPING in froyo all the way down to the floor where it formed multiple puddles of ice cream. I thought that was gross… but then I looked at the area where they prepare ice creams. The topping containers are dripping as well and forming puddles on the counters WHERE THEY ARE PREPARING OUR ICE CREAM. The trash they have behind (from banana peels for example) are left on the counters. I got sick to my stomach seeing how dirty the place is where our food is being prepared. The manager seems to let her workers do whatever they want. I have seen often where multiple workers are using their phones, posting on Snapchat, instead of actually attending customers. Instead of helping customers, they are goofing around and recording each other. The strawberries are SOUR! They used to be so delicious, and now the taste is unbearable. This has been going on...

My son and I just stopped at this location to grab lunch on the way home. When we first got our food we were told to pull up as they had made us soda instead of the milkshakes we ordered. We waited for 10 mins before I went inside to get them. While waiting we went ahead and started eating our lunch. One order of fries was barely half full and the other had two fries in it while there were a few at the very bottom of the bag. So like I said above after 10 mins I parked and went inside, as I was walking in someone was walking out with our shakes only one if them was Strawberry instead of Vanilla so I let her know she may have handed me the wrong one and waited while she remade it. I wish I would have never gone inside. This was the dirtiest braums I have ever seen. The whole area where they make the sundaes and milkshakes was filthy. Chocolate sauce dripping, melted ice cream, toppings etc. I had just never seen one in such a mess before as the one where we live is...
