If I could give 0 stars or negative stars I would. Today I stopped here to get some food while I was on the road and I drive semi and my truck is to big and to tall for drive thru. Apparently corporate told them they have to lock their doors and lobby is closed. I understand that if that’s the truth but 5 miles down the road their Lobby is open and allowing people in as long as they wear a mask. So on my phone call to this store I asked if I could walk through drive thru it place an order on the phone and have them bring it out to me and the response I got was “no you have to figure it out” and then click phone is hung up! Worst customer service and treatment of people. Also while I was there there was a man who was waiting in the parking lot for 10 mins for a coffee that was going to brought out to him.... he left without his coffee because he was tired of waiting. This Burger King is by far the worst experience and they have the worst customer service and customer treatment I’ve ever experienced and I deal with people in Chicago and all over and every time other places have let us truck drivers order over the phone and either bring it to us or set it out and we walk up...
Read moreWas told after ordering they were short staffed. No problem. Pulled around to front to wait. 3 other cars waiting. After 20 mins 2 more cars waiting and only 1 car got there food. Still no problem. I went in and politely ask for a refund cause I was going to be late. 1st person went and told other person and she turns around and asks what I ordered. I said small Fry and original chicken sandwich. She says.. we're only 3 people here today. Again I said, I understand, I just can't wait any longer. She says I have your food right here. So I said ok but there are people that were waiting when I pulled in. She pulls fries from another bag and hands me a bad with a large fry and chicken sandwich. I say thank you and leave. I received cold fries and barely warm chicken sandwich.... that had Cheese on it. Yuk. 1. Really wish they would have said before I ordered how long it would be. 2. Read moreI ordered a double whopper jr. (no mayo or onions) and an 8 piece chicken fries with barbecue sauce around 7:35 pm but came back at 7:48 pm on 03/25/2025. I looked at the sandwich and it only had a single patty. So, I went back and gave them back the whopper jr to get a double whopper jr. The cook that made it was going on a huge rant about how I’m a liar because he knows he put a double patty on there when the sandwich clearly didn’t have it. Let’s use common sense because why would someone return a burger uneaten for another burger that they originally wanted? It would make sense if I wanted both burgers but I didn’t. He thought we couldn’t hear him, but the best thing to do is just to remake it. Then, he decided it would be funny/petty to put a third patty on my new burger (I threw that one out).
