My girlfriend and I love Chick-fil-A and they're delicious š§ š. The service was good! Our cashier seemed a little peeved off.... However, the flowers even though half alive, were very pleasant. But even though the flowers were so pleasant, we noticed a dark cloud on the horizon....
As we were sucking down our delicious fries, we heard some misdirection to our left. As we looked over, manager, or at least the person in charge at this time, she had a gray shirt on, black glasses, and fake platinum hair with Dark roots- passively aggressive correct and employee. It mildly disturbed us. She was getting trained, as if she was a new employee. It wasn't even busy at the time, and the situation was - the young lady was carrying a tray of food trying to find the correct table to whomst it belonged to. The one it belonged to had a green marker, but so did another table. The young employee asked where the tray went and the manager said "the green one." And The employee said, "which one? There are two!" And the manager sighed in frustration and said "it's not that hard I'm pointing right there" (she said waving into the general direction of both green markers) . We noticed a common thread with the way she spoke to the employees passive agressively, she also although treated some of the employees fairly well. Favoritism at its finest. Maybe she is going through something we don't know about, or there's something going on behind the scenes that causes her to act this way. Soon, we saw that The Young employee, her shift must have ended. We saw her walk outside where her mom was waiting to pick her up. In the car we noticed that she started to cry, and was seemingly having a very hard time. We, empaths, related to our own frustrations with similar situations. We hope that she is still employed, and hope that she is doing much better at this time. Do better,...

After my order of 3 chicken sandwhich meals i was picking up for my friends and i , i went into the waiting area.. i was on my phone when i overheard the women next to me ask about her raffle ticket on a promotion chickfila was doing to an employee named ?Damarius? And he said the winning customers name would be posted on fb but All we were given was numbers so i told the women that i was told the winning number would be posted which was right and he very rudely replied with an attitude āwell if thats what you were told then i guess ā and i was Like yes thatās what i was told this morning and he kind of rolled his eyes.. i just brushed it off and got my food which was all in ONE bag. THREE meals. Trying to unlock my car door the bag ripped. I picked up what i managed to save and went inside and purchased two fries AGAIN. i let an emoloyee know what happened and she said she would let a manager know to do a refund. She got someone named david who simply looked at it from the door and said he was sorry and that was that. Without a refund. I just wanted to let them know how stuffed they were putting everything but i just feel like it wasnt my fault. Im not gonna say i wont be back because i will but i just feel like this chickfila has been hiring just anyone. After complaining on damarius i was told he was complained about alot.....

I have always spoken very highly of you, of your food and of the speed of your service. I dont regularly have the chance to visit your establishment, as there is no one near me in Green Bay. Normally your food is extraordinary, however today it was a disappointment.Ā On our way back from Chicago to Green Bay, we realized it wasn't Sunday so we decided to stop at your restaurant. We ordered 2 spicy chicken deluxe meals, both with a side of fries and a soft drink. We quickly received our food, but once we were back on theĀ road we realized our order was not right. Instead of 2 juicy spicy chicken deluxe meals, we received 2 very greasy and old looking sandwiches with what was supposed to look like chicken, we also received greasy chicken nuggets of which the breading fell allĀ on our shirts including the polynesian sauce and we had some cold fries to enjoy with that. We did not have time to come back to the restaurant, because I have to start work at 4PM in Green Bay and it would take us ar least 2 hours to drive back. I'm sad toĀ tell that I was unhappy with today's order at chick-fil-a and I would like a refund of the money I lost. Especially after the ranch sauce exploded on my t shirt.
