Weird and terrible experience. Waited about 30+ for my meal because the workers didn’t tell the cook they needed orange chicken, until they were fully out of it. They offered all the other people waiting free things, but didn’t offer me anything. Then, they tried to get me to pay, after I had already paid. The worker brought me my food in a singular bag with someone else’s food in that same bag (I did not come there with anyone, it was just me). Then when I told him that I only had one item, he took my food out of that bag and tried handing my food to me without a bag, silverware and a fortune cookie, and spilled half my rice in the process. I had to explicitly ask for those 3 items. They never gave me more rice and they didn’t give me very much orange chicken either. The food was all around really bad today too. The orange chicken was extremely dry and chewy. The rice was basically like white rice but with vegetables in it. They also took a very long time to get my order to me after the orange chicken was ready. The guy just announced that it was ready and I literally had to ask “okay, where is it” because they still had it sitting on the counter instead of giving it to me. I can’t just walk around the counter and grab it myself? They also prioritize the drive thru and will ignore people waiting inside, part of the reason it took so long to get my order. Read moreIf I could give a zero I would. I had the worst experience at a restaurant yesterday. I went through the drivethru and ordered four meals. He said 8-10 minutes because they were making the orange chicken. I was okay with that and even if it took a little longer I would have been fine. When 30 minutes went by I call inside to see what happened. He said they had to make something else I ordered and the chicken was frozen so it’s taking longer than expected. He offered to bring me a free appetizer and would be out in two minutes. When 20 more minutes went by, I called back. What is going on? He said he got busy inside and served all the fried rice so he needed to make more. I said no if you don’t have the food just refund me. 50 minutes and still my order isn’t ready and he’s serving someone else my food? No I’m good. So he says he has to give me cash and would bring that out. Do you know he had me waiting 10 more minutes for the cash. I went in and he was serving customers!!!! I was like wow after making me wait an hour you can’t evem give me my money back? He said someonthinh was wrong with the computer. Read moreI was very disappointed in my meal tonight. Both my wife and I had the orange chicken. It was very sour, very different from the sweet tangy sauce it usually has. And the staff, especially the cooks seemed quite disgruntled. The cooks kept yelling angerly toward the serving staff when they would request the food item that was nearly out. Overall if it keeps getting worse each time I go there I will not be returning. 2/6/22 Edit: Thought I'd give another try, its been a while. I came in and someone tried to help me but then another employee told her she had other things to do. Then I waited for 5 minutes, there was no other customers in the restaurant. The first employee came back to help me and then had no idea what the Family Meal was and had to find someone to tell her. Fine whatever but then the other employees took all the food I was going to order during this 5 minute time and nothing was being cooked so I would have to wait more time if I wanted to get my order.
