Updated Review - 12/22/22: I am changing my review rating from 1 stars to 5 stars. I am doing this for one reason…. Albert. He is the definition of friendly, helpful customer service. When I walked in the store, he immediately greeted me with a smile. He was able to take care of the mess with my modem and my Spectrum account. He put everything in a nice Spectrum bag…. the modem, some cables, and the instructions. If you go to this Spectrum…. ask for Albert. He will take care of you! —————————————————————————— Original Review: If I could give a rating of ZERO…. I would! This is a long story that has no ending. I ordered a modem for the Internet circuit I need in the house that my wife and I bought to renovate and sell. The Spectrum lady on the phone insisted that they send the modem to the address of the new house…. not the house where I live. I told her that the house they would be sending it to has been vacant for months and there was a possibility of it being stolen off the front porch. She said if it was stolen they would send me a new one. Guess what…. It was stolen off the front porch. I called Spectrum. The first thing they asked was, “did you call the police”? I said no. That was their job. I told them NOT to send the modem to that address. They said it would take 7 to 10 days to do an investigation…. Or I could go pick one up at the Spectrum Store on Washington. That would have been nice to know in the beginning. Any way…. I decided to go on Sunday at noon. The hours were posted on their web page…. 10:00AM until 5:00 PM. So, I pull up to the store…. and 4 cars pull in at the same time. All of us wanting to go in. The door is locked. It had the new temporary hours posted on the door. CLOSED on Sunday! We were ALL mad…. and left. Why not change the hours on their web page? I am now debating on canceling Spectrum and going with AT&T or Verizon…. or someone that cares about their customers. Spectrum has the WORST customer service ever!!!...

Last week the guy said out box outside was the issue for the internet and would put in a work order, but it would be super low priority since our internet was “working”.
First day of working from home at a new job and today I am calling again to have someone sent out to check the internet and am missing a day of work now… I also asked how my work order from last week was processing and they advised that this was not ever placed. Spectrum has horribly unreliable internet service and customer service to match. Unfortunately they have monopolized my the internet around my house, so I am stuck with them until a new provider comes in, hopefully any day now….
I would not recommend Spectrum to anyone who needs reliable internet. If you are unfortunately stuck with them get ready for weekly calls and workers out to your house that will tell you everything is alright and that they will submit work orders, just to find out they lied about both and the internet is out again as soon...
Read moreI had to get a new phone, because my screen on the previous phone went black(moisture damage). They said they had a gold colored phone, but had no demo. I decided, “Sure I’ll go with gold color for the iPhone. The trim would look good in a case.” There is no gold color. The colors are - Desert Titanium(tan w/subtle pink tint) Natural Titanium, White Titanium, and Black Titanium. I opened the box and it was DT; not gold. They charged me a $50 fee for restocking the phone, because I refused it and chose BT. I was upset about the lack of communication and a bit irritated/upset, but not rude.
Once they “set-up” the phone, I asked about my email, pics and contacts. They said I wasn’t going to be able to recover my pics, contacts or iCloud email, because the broke phone screen was blacked out. Once at home I figured out all of these items were available within the Phone Set-up within the Settings and/or with a couple Google searches.
