Not the CFA experience they are known for. I don’t usually go to this CFA as it’s not close to my neighborhood. I’ve gone through the drive through a handful of times at this location (with mediocre service), but never inside. The inside is actually really nice and has a cute decor for CFA. It was the experience with the service that was the issue. I walked in and about 8 of their teenaged employees were in the main room doing nothing but socializing very loudly with each other. That didn’t bother me, but when I asked the two cashiers I’d they had gluten free macaroni they didn’t know the answer so they shouted over to the group of kids in the dining room if the the Mac and cheese was gluten free. They all snickered and yelled that macaroni and cheese was never gluten free. I have two daughters with celiac disease and I’m well aware of what can and can’t be gluten free and CFA is one of most GF friendly fast food and kid friendly places, so I felt it was a valid question. I didn’t need to be chastised for asking by a bunch of kids who work there.
Regardless I checked out and headed to my table with my hands full. The food runner came out with my food tray very quickly and handed me the tray as I was walking to a table. I had to set all of my stuff down to take the tray and give him back the table number because he clearly didn’t want to wait for me to get to my table or help me in any way. (There was only one other customer in the restaurant at the time). Meanwhile I could hear all of the kids yelling and laughing on the kitchen.
The floors were dirty and the trash cans were overflowing at 11:00 am in the morning.
I’m normally a huge CFA fan and supporter and a frequent customer, but I will avoid this location. It’s not the end of the world, but it wasn’t the CFA experience we all...
Read moreOrdered 6 regular chicken sandwiches at the drive through, they my took payment. Then they had me pull forward, and there is not much room between the concrete dumpster wall and the drive through lane. They gave 10 other cars their orders. Those cars had to go around me, and it was so tight. I am sitting there getting evil looks from all those drivers. Still no word, no apology, not even an explanation or check in. The one staff member is bringing orders to the cars behind me. Giving away far more sandwiches than the 6 that I ordered. I am getting so uncomfortable because a huge pickup truck goes around me, with their order. I thought for sure they were going to hit me. I rolled back a little bit when I could.
I should have held my place in line and stayed in my position in line. They had no responsibility if I was hit. They took no responsibility for being low staffed, and they never should have told me to move forward. And they should not hav refilled all those other orders before mine. I waited in the same lines of cars as they all did to place my order.
After I rolled back that little bit that I could when there was room, I had to shout to the window person -excuse me but you are giving away all of the sandwiches that I ordered. They actually told me that 6 sandwiches is a big order.
Now I have been to Chick Fil A in 5 states over 20 years and ordered a lot of sandwiches. Small orders. Larger orders. Never had I been made to move and watch them fill all these other orders ahead of mine. They always kept a close order to the flow of car lines. Never was I told that 6 sandwiches is...
Read moreThis Chic-Fil-A is sooooo uncoordinated. I ordered through my mobile app and pulled up to the young lady taking orders and then to the young lady taking payments with no issue. I pulled up to the window and they asked if my name was Elizabeth, which it's not. They asked who I was and I told them. They young lady said she didn't see my order and asked if I had paid. I told her yes everything was done through my mobile app. She ended up finding my order and gave me my drinks. She asked me to pull into a parking spot because my order wasn't ready. It took FOREVER for them to bring me my food. They forgot the milkshakes and had to go back to get those. I ordered a 30 count nugget and got ONE SAUCE, after asking for some extras. I get that there is a sauce shortage but one dipping sauce for a 30 count nugget.... The employees bringing the food to the parked cars seem so lost because cars are parked any and everywhere. Leaving, the line was backed out to the main road and it was dangerous making a left turn due to cars going around the Chic-Fil-A traffic line and I couldn't see. I've never been a fan of this Chic-Fil-A. I typically go to the one on Johnnie Dodds but this was more convenient at the time. I'll stick to the Johnnie...
