So the food is good but the staff continue to not wear gloves when making the food. There are a couple people with really long hair that is not contained by their hat/visor and they don't wear a hair net as well. A couple weeks ago there was a hair in my daughter's pizza. I reported it. I refuse to take free food so I did not respond back to the franchise owner or manager (or whoever called me). I went back last night to give another chance to see if the issues were rectified but unfortunately they weren't. I just cannot order from this location again unless they wear gloves while making food and the people with long hair start wearing hair nets. I work in a deli/bakery so I know those 2 things are required by the health department. EDIT I spoke with someone who claims to be "Office Manager Megan" let me tell you, she is an argumentative, unprofessional b-word. She actually said to me they don't have to wear gloves because "they wash their hands a lot." If the franchise owner see this, Office Manager Megan needs some customer service training skills. I am calling the health department to report this. During a pandemic and not wearing gloves is unacceptable. Especially when I witnessed an employee adjust her mask with her bare "washed a lot" hands and then stick those same now loaded with breath-mask germs into the cheese and sprinkle it all over someone's pizza. Also a delivery driver had come in after completing a delivery, did not wash their hands, and for whatever reason poked the crust of a pizza someone was slicing, both people not wearing gloves. So much for your...

Not sure why they have both an app and a website. Went through the entire ordering process on the app...proceeded to pay, then said unable to do so because of errors; call or use website. Begrudgingly went to website to place order...got to the end to pay, and was told that unable to complete the order; call to place order. VERY frustrating and a complete lack of customer service and convenience. Why is there a site or app if neither is going to allow the customer to utilize? Or at least tell the customers up front that the app and / or site are experiencing issues before sending the customers down rabbit holes, only to experience what I did. Not a satisfied customer at all! Good thing there is a multitude of pizza restaurants in town to choose from the next time we are in the...
Read moreAs if Americans don't have it hard enough with covid and finding a job Domino's has decided to outsource their calls to a call center in India with people that can barely understand let alone speak English. So when you go to place an order you get to deal with somebody asking a ridiculous amount of questions because they're in another country and guess what happened I went through the exhausting experience of ordering with somebody that could barely understand English and could speak it even less waited a whole hour to find out when I called up to the store and finally got somebody that actually worked in the Mount Pleasant Michigan store that my order hadn't even been placed!! I will never order from Domino's again there's enough competition out there when they bring jobs back to Americans that live here in America I might...
