Single handedly the best thing in town. Food and drink quality, authenticity, and taste is on par with the best places even in Los Angeles. Their service is amazing and their location is gorgeous inside. Their games could use some better organization but that mainly the guests who don’t always return things as they got them, and I am happy that they even offer them (so far leading champion in connect 4 from every time we go in). Honestly waiting for our food and hanging out to play a bit is something we look forward to (the waits can be a little lengthy but would hate for them to be faster and lose the quality). Also FINALLY authentic TASTY TAPIOCA (BOBA). Thank you so much to the staff and owners for creating such a great space!!! Only thing that would make this place even better would be if the prices were more affordable. I know it must be hard considering the ingredients, but maybe a punch card reward for drinks or specials on various days or smaller portions for cheaper price would help make this place be a part of a weekly rotation instead of a something that’s a splurge. Ok ramblings but it would be great to also engage the community more by hosting events so that people can come in and learn more about the food, the culture, or as a space to study and work (coffee) during exams. Selling authentic cultural ingredients, snacks, or goods would also be great. But mainly I just hope more people can come in and see how...
Read moreThis is one of the few places I feel completely satisfied after I'm done eating. I like to order the rice box with beef, which comes with sautéed onions underneath. I also ordered a banana milk crush with passion fruit boba pearls.
The only downside to me is the price, it is a little expensive for the food but when I have the money I absolutely love eating here. The drinks, on the other hand, are very fairly priced. The atmosphere is fantastic, day or night. Sitting at the booths in the sun or relaxing in one of the lounge chairs just makes the experience more comfortable.
Parking is a bit rough, but there is a lot behind the building in case the front spots are filled. Bathrooms are usually immaculate and spacious, single person with lock on door. I recommend having some help if you have a wheelchair. The doors might be a bit rough getting into.
Overall, it's one of my favorite places to unwind, eat some food that'll sit well, and not make me feel bad...
Read moreHip place to enjoy warm or cold tapioca drinks. There are Asian salads, soups and such if you are thinking of lunch or light dinner. The booths all have electric outlets. There is one room where a gathering can take place of 8 people. There are smaller tables in the main lobby too. When you place an order it will take more than 5 minutes but they offer nice comfortable chair to sit in as you wait for your number to be called. If you plan to stay to enjoy your meal and surf the net there is a shoe cubbie. To explain the drinks, the straws are much larger than regular straws. The tapioca used are the pearl size and are in the hot and cold drinks. The bubbles ( tapioca) are chewable. My friend who ordered a cold strawberry drink said hers bubbles tasted like strawberry. I had ordered the warm coconut and my bubbles were plain. The next time i plan to order a light dinner and maybe take my shoes off. I really like the place. And tho it was busy that day i...
