This is not my 1st, 2nd, 3rd or even 5th issue with this Dominos store. Just the most recent and the last. I was notified by the tracker app that the delivery driver was in my neighborhood so I went to the front door to wait for them. Shortly there after, I saw the delivery driver speeding by my house. I waited a few minutes for them to come back, thinking they just missed my address. When they did not return I called the store as the tracker now stated our pizzas had been delivered. I was told by the CSR at the store that since we didn't answer our doorbell, the pizzas were left on the front porch bench. When I explained that we don't have a bench and the the deliver driver never came to our house, I had to listen to the CSR and deliver driver argue about who was right and who was wrong (Me the CUSTOMER being the one that was wrong). I asked to speak to the manager and after being left on hold for 7 minutes, the Manager DARRYL answered, he also didn't believe that I had not received my pizzas and then told me he would replace them but it would be 45 minutes before they would be brought out to us. Even though this was not our fault we were the ones being punished for the drivers error. When I explained this to DARRYL he said that was the best he could do. I responded that it was unacceptable customer service and if they could not do better, to please cancel our order and refund the money. That is when DARRYL hung up on me. 1 hour and 40 minutes later we received a call from the owner of 2562 K* Street that there were 2 pizzas and bread sticks on their front porch bench with our name and phone number on it. Our address is 2652 K** Street. Your Manager DARRYL has earned my vote for the worst representative of any company I have ever delt with. WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM DOMINOS AGAIN AND IT WILL BE MY PLEASURE TO SHARE THIS STORY WITH EVERYONE WHO I KNOW IS CONSIDERING ORDERING A PIZZA FROM THIS DOMINOS. When is the ownership of this store going to take responsibility and fix this problem? It is obvious that the staff there takes their direction from the poor leadership of the manager DARRYL.
I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery, and this Domino's location is only 5 minutes down the road. The tracker on the app said that the pizza was out for delivery at 11:23pm. Half an hour went by and there was still no delivery. I called the location and spoke to Sullivan. I very politely asked if my delivery was on its way; I just wanted to make sure there weren't any problems. Sullivan responded with a condescending tone, just saying "yup, it's on the way." I decided to just trust him and wait it out, but another half hour had passed and we had still not received the delivery. I called the store back and was again greeted by Sullivan, who again tried to give us the same useless response of "it's on the way." We told him he said that half an hour ago and we're only 5 minutes down the road. We then asked Sullivan if he had any idea where exactly the driver was. He responded with a very sarcastic remark, saying "he's between here and there." He offered no sort of apology for the delay, and judging by the tone of his voice he obviously couldn't care less about resolving our issue. I'm not usually not one to write a bad review, but there is simply no excuse for being so rude, especially considering the fact that we were completely respectful during the phone call. At least the delivery driver was polite, and they didn't mess up our order. I would absolutely not recommend this Domino's location to anybody. I have never received such poor customer service than I received from Sullivan. I wish I could give Sullivan and this Domino's the benefit of the doubt, but my experience was just too terrible to justify giving them a...
Read moreI used to live close to the Dominos further south on 17 and I never had an issue with them. They were great. This one, however, not so much. Myself and my three kids were hungry for dinner, so I ordered two pizzas and a stuffed bread. They said delivery time was 25 minutes. Over an hour later, it had not been delivered. I called the store and they said the driver couldn’t find my house (which is on a cul de sac). They also said they would not come out again to deliver it and I would have to go in to get the order. I talked them into coming out again, and made sure they had my phone number so that i could meet them outside when they got to the cul de sac. Again, no delivery, no phone call. I called them again, and they said they got to the cul de sac, but I was not out there to meet them. They did not call me to tell me they were here. The assistant manager (Dean) said they would not be coming out again to deliver our order. So, here we are, more than 2 hours after they were supposed to deliver our food the first time, with no food for the hungry family. HORRIBLE customer service....
