I tried to avoid the rush and got here at 2p.m. They still tore these burritos up. Avoid this one and go to TB on IOP connector they're way better, unless you prefer your burritos busted up like these ones. EDIT: Just started to eat these; I got the new burrito with the fries in it, and all the fries were stale too. C'mon man.

I can literally count the tiny chunks of ground beef in this Grande Nacho box (43). It's just chips with a a plastic spoon portion of ground beef. Looks nothing like the display board (picture included for reference), and I wasn't expecting it to look like that but come on what is this.

Ordered one crunchwrap supreme. No tomatoes, no sour cream. Get back to my office starving. Guess what....tomatoes & sour cream.

EDIT: They really stepped their game up the last couple months. Inside is open and drive through getting my orders right.

OLD: I would recommend anyone in the area to try this taco bell once, just to experience the novelty of the world’s worst taco bell. I have been here about a dozen times and have successfully received food around 6 of those times. I only keep returning because it’s right by my apartment and I am a buffoon. Store hours mean nothing here, they open and close when they feel like it. God forbid you want sauce with your meal. I tried going inside to grab the sauce they forgot, and one of the employees who was hanging out outside saw me, and ran inside and locked the door in my face. Rather than tell me they were drive through only, because using words is asking for too much.

Again I would recommend anyone to come here at least once, it’s a fun gamble on whether or not you’ll...

This Taco Bell is a health risk with flagrant disregard for food safety.

Today is the second time we’ve gotten an order of food that is obviously cooked in rancid fryer oil. The first time we called the store immediately, left voicemails, no response. We avoided this location for months.

Received a coupon from corporate (months later) after the rancid oil incident — one free item for a ruined $25 order, what a joke. We stupidly came back to this location since it was closest to us. Oh the irony — all our food was AGAIN cooked with rancid oil. It’s not a nuanced thing — the fried food ALL tastes horrific, burned, chemical-ish. Another $25 wasted. Are you kidding me? This is fast food sanitation 101. Change your oil!!!!!!

This place is a health hazard. We will NEVER return to this location, and if you value your money and your health — you won’t either. Shame on this location, the employees,...

We moved to the Charleston area from Seattle recently and pretty much every fast food restaurant we have been to has been a bad experience until we came to this Taco Bell. Customer service was great, very friendly and the food was very well prepared and hot. Definitely look forward to visiting this location again.

UPDATE: Drove half an hour to come back today, 3/30/24 at 2 pm, and had a completely different experience than last time. Maybe they only had new employees but the cheesy roll ups were cold and the cheese wasn't melted at all, still cold shredded cheese. When they took them back to warm them up they dropped one on the floor and put it in the bag anyway. It was still in the wrapper but still not cool. The cheesy bean and rice burrito had no cheese and was pretty much all beans, maybe a sprinkle of rice. Very disappointing, I hope this isn't the norm now for...
