Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

I hate giving them two stars because their pizza is honestly really good, however the customer service at this Hungry Howies is very subpar at best. My wife and I waited outside for 40 minutes after checking in on the app that we were here for curbside pickup, however they never brought us our order, even after multiple other workers came inside after making deliveries and seeing our car. I understand sometimes tech doesn't work and buttons may not go through and was ready to extend some grace. However, when I asked if the car side was working, the employee noticed their mistake and said "whoops" then proceeded to blame a different coworker. Nothing bothers me more than when employees throw other employees under the bus. Be humble, apologize, and move on. Don't blame someone else. Safe to say I'll stick to another pizza place in town until the team here gets a revamp on basic...

Worst Howie's experience I've ever had. I ordered a calzone with 3x pepperoni, and even emphasized that I wanted a lot while on the phone. I'll pay whatever extra it costs. My drive home is 44 minutes long, if not longer. Get home and find that my calzone has maybe 10 pepperoni spread across it. All bread. Check my receipt, and I was certainly charged for all the extra pepperoni, yet received none of it. This has happened before and I let it go due to human error, miscommunication, or whatever. I was put on hold several times during my order, then handed over to woman who I completed the order with. Paying, I had to wait for my 2 friends to get their cards out so I could tell her the info. After a few seconds she said "Are you going to pay or not? I have stuff to do." I handed the phone to someone else cuz I was going to go off on her and he finished paying then asked for a manager.
