KFC — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

Always wonderful service, here, imo, but today was unusual. I used a card that had a previous hold still on it from a hotel stay over the weekend /and/ a card that was maxed during the same time. I was confused as to why they wouldn't work, but she was very nice, of course, and I drove away feeling a little sheepish and very apologetic. But, we weren't done, apparently, because I got home and realized I drove off with my drink! :O How embarrassing. Now, I'm a thief, so I called the store to let them know we'd be back in to buy our iced tea, but she was so kindhearted that she only reassured me that it was OK and was about to give me my meal but I drove off too quickly. :} Goodness, I said, that isn't necessary but THANK YOU!! Employees mess with your food at this location. Everbody with a pulse knows this. My next issue is that i was job seeking and tried to call there to check on an application and they told me to call back in 10 minutes but when I called back after 15 they kept me on hold for 20mins while two women stood over the phone (one was the manager) talking about someones boyfriends so I hung up and tried calling back but the phone's been off the hook for the past 6 hours. That place obviously has some major issues especially with their irresponsible, lazy management and low quality...

Walked in and there was 1 table with guests, dirty tables And had to wait to order about 2 or 3 minutes while 2 ladies talked about photos on one of their phones. Another young lady walked out of the back and finally come to take our order. Chicken wasnt fresh at 1:40 pm . You would think if they have time to stand around and play on phones, it would've been clean and fresh. No reason to come back to this store. P.s. watched an older lady warn her granddaughter about the wet spots on the floor so she didn't fall. Left there, no warning, lawsuit waiting to...
