McDonald's — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

This is not even worth a 1. Very disappointed. We come to Mt Pleasant every summer to do our camping so we are in the area all summer long. We go through this McDonalds on a daily occasion and today will be the last. The service we get was poor and the attitude was awful. We ordered though drive though and the order was correct but we also asked for 2 mayo cups now on the road how do you use mayo packets someone explain that to me? I have never figured that out. Anyway, we get to window we ask did you give packets or cups, the young man said packets 2. We said we asked for cups and he started to close the window dow as he rolled his eyes. He must have went and talked to someone e but then he came back and said well the manager said if you want the may cups you will need to pay for them....well first off why did the manager not come to the window for the complaint and 2 we asked at the speaker so we are not going to pay. If they are not going to listen and get it at the speaker why pay additional at the window. We don't carry cash. We get the cups and there is very little mayo in the cup. Now really McDonalds come on. Who can you blame besides your workers if they are not getting the orders correct at the speaker. You really need that 50 cents a piece for a cup of mayo. There is other places to eat and alot of others that will see this and go else where. These fast food places have really gone down hill that is for sure. Managers are not like...

The evening manager not sure her name maybe cassie or something she's very rude and when she noticed me standing at the counter she gave me dirty looks and then made me wait 20 minutes before taking my order and I had 3 orders that I was supposed to get. I only received 2. She was very rude about their service and asked me to apply if the service isn't fast enough for me. And I nicely told her I already work in food service so I know what it's like to have a bad night but needless to say she asked me if I was done ordering and if I could finally leave the restaurant. Not my cup of tea when I want to treat my family for dinner. She made rude comments to other employees about me while I was standing at the counter waiting for her to come back and take my 2nd order considering she left in the middle of the 1st order and didn't come back for a few minutes and then took my 2nd order. Once my 2nd order was done she handed me my food and said have a great night with a dirty look and she mumbled something as well when I walked out. Just very inconsiderate rude...

I always try to use my app and have nothing but problems all the way around and it takes forever to load . Not only that what's up with only getting to pick 1 thing outta my rewards? Really because if they were really my ,"Rewards" then I should be able to claim and use whatever I have available. Also who's bright idea is it to also offer deals for the day and have it so that I can't order off my rewards and also use the deal also. Plus big topper is that there is a get free fries option which again should be separate and able to be used along with rewards or deals not that I also must only use that choice and not take rewards or deals? Really ya like I'm going to say oh forget anything better that's available I'll just have a fries please. And it's a bummer when I've kids who help get points and I can't even get something from rewards for them at once and can't even use free fry or even deal menue to order?
