Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

I'm usually one to give benefit of the doubt, but the first red flag was having orders cancelled regardless of what time of day they were placed. Place and order an hour before they close? Cancelled. Hour and a half? Cancelled. Two hours? Cancelled.

On the off chance they didn't cancel my order, they might as well have because it's always mostly wrong. Either toppings or sides missing, sauces, etc. This is also under the bold assumption they'll even deliver. It would seem they don't have any sort of mapping system in place because on the two orders of mine they did deliver, the first one was dropped off at the wrong apartment. But i noticed with enough time to get my order. The second order was marked as delivered after they couldn't find my apartment and called the wrong number to find it. Ordered delivery, I called when it wasn't delivered an hour later and was told that the driver had called and couldn't reach me so they brought the food back and wouldn't redeliver it. I told them I wanted my money back if they weren't going to re deliver and was hung up on. I called back and asked to speak to the manager who said it wasn't company policy to re deliver and that I would be refunded my money. However, she didn't take down my information so I guess we'll see what happens. I will update this when and if I actually get money back when they say I will. They are never opened for the hours they have listed, which is very annoying like tonight. Such as tonight, I tried to order about 8:45 and they were closed. They say they are always say short staffed and if the manager would treat people better maybe they could keep people.
