We bought a single Cinnabon roll for my kids to share a long while back. I didn't actually want one, the lady working the intercom recommended it when she heard the kids talking in the background while we were ordering. I said no thanks, but the kids got excited about the prospect and the wife said she was alright with them trying it as a treat. We don't let them eat a lot of that kind of stuff, so they were thrilled to try one. I gave her the go ahead.
Anyway, it wasn't included in our bag and we didn't notice until we got home and had just finished our meals. I called them and the lady I spoke with said to come by and grab one, but we were already at the house and didn't feel like driving back into town that day. She said to stop by next time we were in town. A couple of days later we were in town running some errands, so we stopped by the drive-thru to claim that elusive Cinnabon roll. They asked for a receipt, which we'd thrown out without really thinking about it. In the end, they refused to make good. We probably share some of the blame for not keeping track of our receipt, but that doesn't change the fact they didn't fulfill the order as we placed it and paid for in full.

I would have left Zero stars if i could. When I say this is the Worst experience I've ever had at Any restaurant establishment in my 42 years of living I am not exaggerating. First, I placed a mobile order to pick up at 8:30. This place Said it closes at 9. I get to the drive thru and I am greeted with a "we are currently closed " I told them I had a mobile pick up order and was directed to "pull around" . I paid almost 23 dollars for a cup of baked potato soup, medium drink and a Roast Beef French Dip Calzone. I get home ( 20 minutes later cause we don't live down the street) , to find my Roast beef french dip has ZERO MEAT ON IT. Seriously guys? If you don't want to work just say that. How dare you take hard earned money from customers to not only screw them out of what they ordered, but KNOWINGLY serve us something You yourself wouldn't pay for. Read moreI absolutely LOVE this Schlotzsky’s location! ❤️ I am a regular customer and the food is always tasting delicious! The staff is always so friendly and they have never given me an issue. One time, they did accidentally leave off a few toppings off my pizza, but that’s alright because EVERYBODY makes mistakes! They fixed my pizza ASAP without any complaints! They were happy to add the missing toppings. Also, they always prepare my order super quick. 😊 I love coming here knowing that my food is going to be handed to me in a timely manner. This Schlotzsky’s location always makes me want to come back over and over again lol. They’re just THAT great! I love the tomato basil soup and the california chicken pizza!
