Forgive me I don’t recall the name correctly but I believe the name started with a D. It was this past Sunday, 07 May around 5 p.m. the worker was petite blonde hair. She was amazing and held the forte down being solo. Very courteous and had top level customer service. She informed me it would be a wait but that she would be ready to take my order soon. Several other customers came in and she informed them likewise while she was preparing orders for pick up. She provided updates, made orders fresh and of quality standard. She knocked the service out of the park and deserves a raise and time off with pay. Read moreWhy have 4 employees if none of them are working? Walked in and was not acknowledged whatsoever. The 1 person making smoothies proceeded to make three smoothies without any action indicating that she would eventually help us. We ordered for pick-up so we assumed that, at best, she knew she was making our pick-up order. However, she finished and silently walked them to the pick-up area without a word. This all happened while three other employees were standing in the back of the store, truly doing nothing. They also made no action to help us. Read moreThe smoothies are always on point! But the customer service is horrible. There are a bunch of kids working at this location and that is fine, but they don't greet you or anything. I walked in and stood in front of the register, then the slim girl (with a short haircut and purple highlights in her hair) turned around and started talking to a coworker. Then after like 3 mins she is going to turn back around and ask me if I have been served, come on, you just saw me walk in!!! One time I came in and one of the girls at the register just stood there and said nothing. You guys need to train those young people...
