I have been holding out on a review, but they won't stop calling me. I have begged them to stop calling. It was once a week, at least, they'd call to schedule me. I explained I was not interested, please stop calling me. It stopped after I threatened with a bad review... and it started up again today. So I'm going to review my experience at this place. I went here once for a wax (Christina here writing the review), and the lady was nice, but explained as she was trimming my eyebrows with the scissor that her scissors weren't sharp like they should be. They were dull. They weren't cutting my eyebrows like they should have been if they were sharp. Facility room I was in looked dirty and not cleaned regularly. This service was about a year ago, for what it's worth but I've been to many waxing facilities and this one is not one to write home about. Very unprofessional. Please stop calling...

I debated just letting this go but it didn’t sit right with me so it’s been a few days but still. Not very clean or very good service but more than that do not go here if you speak Spanish but don’t look like it. While I was in there they were bad talking me for the service i purchased (calling me cheap/broke bc I didn’t get a full Brazilian instead only got what I liked) Or if you’re bigger, there was a girl who was leaving while I was waiting and they were talking about her size and how she smelled. I was trying to ignore them because I needed it done and didn’t have time to go anywhere else. I should have used overhearing their conversation as an indicator and left. They were very happy to talk to each other about customers as long as it was in Spanish. I won’t be going back but I am sending my cousin who “looks the part” to see what her...

Absolutely had a great experience. The receptionist was super friendly and inviting. My wax specialist, Samantha, was sooooooo helpful :)). I haven’t been waxed in 5 yrs (brazilian, since my wedding day), and this was a great experience to be eased back into. I was already self conscious about some ingrowns and hyperpigmentation I have, but Samantha was knowledgeable, delicate, and so down to Earth. Def 5 stars. I skate scheduled my follow up and I def plan on making this a part of my monthly mama-self-care routine....
