Burger King — Restaurant in Mount Shasta

2-17-2019 Whomever the manager was during the 8am-10am time period, should maybe rethink working with the public. We ordered food before 9am and there was only 2 guests in the place, 1 has food. Two other groups of people came in after us. By 9:30am only 1 person had received anything they ordered. The person after us was verbally upset and although was mouthy he was treated with a horrible attitude by the manager\supervisor. His and our problem was a fast food place taking over 30 minutes to prepare food. We ended up leaving after we saw the cook throwing food away in the back. We never received any of our food order. This was the worst I have ever had service, or lack of, in any establishment. Even shops in Paris France who obviously hated Americans gave us better service....

I honestly wish I could give less then a star!!! We went through the drive thru although staff was friendly we had a horrible experience. I ordered a spicy chicken with no lettuce or tomato.... lady asked can you repeat that and I did. We’re visiting from out of town, so we get back to our room and bam there is lettuce and tomato I’m like dang it... but then I look at the chicken which seems to have been cooked 12 hours ago it was so dry and discolored I would have never eaten it! I call and tell them they say to me that I can come back tomorrow and get a new one.... I’m like really this is my dinner? I’m here from out of town, to which she replied that’s all I can do for you. Horrible horrible horrible. I feel like I will never step foot in a Burger...

UNBEFRICKINGLEVIABLE!!! Out of the 10-12 times stopping to grab a bite....Only TWO times have they actually been open...and accepting orders...😡 Mount Shasta doesn't have other fast food options either. If the posted hours say you close at 11pm... STAY OPEN UNTIL 11PM. Nobody cares that you're short staffed....or whatever your excuses are... 3 employees are sufficient to take...make...and bag an order... Come on management... step up your game...HIRE decent employees...FIRE lazy, unmotivated, rude employees...

Can't specify dine in, take out, or delivery. Add...LEFT HUNGRY to the choices. What did I get??? NOT A DARN THING! How much did I spend per person? $5 in fuel. I won't bother commenting further...You get my point. (Have it my way?...
