Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Mount Shasta

I don’t normally do this but this interaction was ridiculous. I’ve been coming to this Starbucks ever since it has been open and I barely if ever deviate from my normal order. Sometimes when I order a mocha, I get a latte or something along those lines due to their order accuracy not being the best. Today I got some disgusting drink when I went to pick up my mobile order. I took it back to the counter and told them it wasn’t a mocha and the lady was very nice and ever said “that doesn’t look like a mocha at all”. So I then proceeded to wait for my new drink and Krista asked me what was up. I then told her whatever drink I got wasn’t a mocha and didn’t taste good. She then said “well I pumped 4 pumps of chocolate in it” and I said “it tastes like a flat white or something”, she then visibly got upset and said “well I’m sorry you didn’t like it but it was a mocha” in front of all these people inside the store. The lady next to me was shocked how quickly she was to just discredit me on the spot. She didn’t even take the time to look at the drink I brought in. I also observed her talking to herself and grinding her teeth and having darting eyes. I don’t know if it was just a bad day or what but I don’t feel like she should be treating people like this when she’s the one messing up. I’ll gladly take the extra time in the morning and just go to the Weed Starbucks...

All high ranks for this Starbucks. I mean, it's Starbucks, but it's certainly a great one. It's clean with nice seating, plenty of room, Wi-Fi, plugs, and yes ... great coffee. It's also conveniently located for off/on the 5 freeway.

One thing that's really weird though is the washroom. The rooms have no sink. You exit the room and there's a common sink with a metal "bar". From left to right the single bar has soap, water, and an air dryer. It's a weird setup, mysterious. Too many people leave without washing. Since the sink is outside the rooms, in the seating area it sounds like there's construction with an air compressor going on, until you know what's happening. Sorry Bucks, go back to normal. This is cool but without more clues people...

Took 43 minutes for them to make a nitro cold brew and latte. There was an employee with darker skin and black hair in there cussing at her co workers, screaming that she needs help. Her colleagues were laughing at her and rolling their eyes. When I finally raised the concern that my order has taken forever, the employees all threw each other under the bus blaming new people, trainings, the ticket machine not working. No apologies, just a black lady screaming “OK WHOS THIS FOR?!”, I calmly raised my hand and she shrugged and like laughed at me with a belittling tone. Weird Starbucks experience, never again in Shasta - they need to fire everyone...
