All Trade Services — Local services in Mount Shasta

Totally professional service all around from heat pump system installation to plumbing, furnace maintenance (we've had all of this performed by All Trade). Always professional communication - from texts/calls to remind us of an upcoming appointment, to spotless cleanup after installations to follow-up instructional visit to teach us how to use the newly installed system... these folks are exceptional. Thank you Colin, Miller, and sorry can't remember the other guy's name who helped install our new HVAC... great job!!

We had a broken toilet valve at our retail store that suddenly started leaking and flooding the bathroom floor, and within an hour of my phone call to Jamie at the All Trade office, Mike from All Trade showed up at our shop (despite originally being told by Jamie she probably wouldn't be able to schedule someone to come for at least another 24 hours, so it was an awesome surprise - thanks Jamie!). Within a half hour Mike not only replaced the broken valve, but then he also went outside and turned the main back on (which saved us a call to the City), and then also found and fixed the cause for another problem affecting the toilet. The entire time, Mike was super professional, friendly and explained all the issues clearly and concisely. Wow, as good as it gets....

We just moved into the area and the house we are in is 100+ years old, so a few problems here and there were to be expected. About a month in, we noticed some flooding in the basement whenever we used the shower, kitchen sink, or washing machine. Obviously we needed to use these amenities, but were terrified of what damage we may cause in the long run, so our landlord gave All Trade Services a call after having such a positive experience with them in the past. Mike showed up the next day right on time, with a smile on his face and a great sense of humor about our situation. It turned out to be a bigger problem than we could have imagined, and it ended up taking longer than expected, but Mike pulled out every trick in the book and refused to give up until he found a solution. We so appreciate the hard work and time he and his colleagues put in to solving the issue, and while we hope to never find ourselves in a situation like this again, he will 100% be the first person we call for help. This guy deserves a raise (or at the very least, a nice fat Christmas bonus) for working in the snow, after dark, to get the job done....

All Trade Services just finished installing a brand new ducted heat pump HVAC. It was a pleasure working with each and every crew member from start to finish.

Tim was the project manager and stayed in touch from the beginning of bidding till end of install. He answered all my "newbie" questions and addressed all my concerns in finding the best system for my new-to-me home.

The install crew of Tyson, Colin and Mitchell braved the mid-August joy of attic install in the most professional, respectful, friendly manner and I can not say enough about them! If they were my sons, this old lady would be very proud of them.

Nick rounded out the team with his very detailed check of the install and his "firing up" of the system. He walked me thru setting up the controls and checking/replacing the filters....all the bits and pieces of keeping the HVAC at peak performance.

I was nervous doing all this from the other end of this state but All Trade Services made it easy and comfortable all the way thru. I HIGHLY recommend using them for all...
