I had to drive over 300 miles to find a shop that carried what I was looking for. The Green Heart Collective was it AND was willing to stay open late in order to serve me. On a Sunday even!! They were super nice when I arrived and even gave me suggestions on where to eat being that dinnertime had arrived. Great customer service hidden behind the great Mt. Shasta. They have an outstanding shop with an outstanding menu. It was a beautiful drive coming from the coast, I had a wonderful visit, and am looking forward to going back. You know it's good when there is no problem that there is 300+ miles between us and I'm still willing to go. In fact, I enjoyed the whole day so much that now I'm planning trips every 3 months to stock up. Thanks Green Heart Collective, see ya down the road eh?

Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the right way to medicate. If i could give the more stars i dame sure would. Love this place. Chris i believe his name is, he's the security guard there he is on point (annoyingly on point). I have gone into this place more that once sometime's forget ID and can not get my medicine. I have a federal ID that does not have birthday. But to get one of this ID u must spend at least 3 years in the u.s. military. So if i joined at the age of 18, 18+3=21. If an active duty member goes to a an establishment to buy cigarettes and present's that ID and gets turned around cause it doesn't have birthday and they are like 35 come one. My grandma when went in to get me what i needed she was carded. There is a such this such thing as the "LETTER OF THE LAW" and the "SPIRIT OF THE LAW." Love the shop's newest location. Staff is always friendly and pricing is nothing to be laughed at. Always has good stock on hand and the pricing of plants is really good as well.

The shop does have enough room for a little more inventory for any growers that may need to pick up some nutrients while they are there. Would be nice if they had a small supply of gardening materials as well.

All in all I have been a member for close to four years and have never been disappointed...
