We have eaten here many times and never had the issues I experienced tonight. I placed a rather large order for a work event, when I arrived to pick it up, they were just finishing getting everything bagged. Once I got to the gathering and started setting up the food, I noticed they had forgotten half of the meat the meal was supposed to come with. I called and let them know and they asked if I could send someone to pick it up. When the person got there she asked if that was everything and repeated what was supposed to be in the bag, and was told twice that yes, everything was there. When she arrived back to the dinner, we had only received half of what was missing. I called again and asked if I could just get refunded for the missing item and was told they could not do that since there was no manager at the store. I accepted that and asked if I could just pick it up the missing item on my way home, as we had already pushed off letting people eat by half an hour while we waited for the rest of our order. Once I got back to the store to pick up the missing item, the lady had to double check the menu to make sure we were supposed to get what I knew we had paid for. Although we love the food here and the team at our gathering enjoyed their meal, I don't believe I will be ordering large pick up orders from this...

Average BBQ. Beer selection was poor. Bud light and Blue Moon on tap and literally 4 bottled beer selections, 3 of which were light beer. I got the sampler / combo meat platter. Had to pay an up charge of $2 for the brisket which literally half of was fat. I waited until the barmaid asked how everything was then brought attention to the brisket which I had pulled the fat off of the meat and two separate piles of meat and fat. Like I said, approximately 50/50. She called over the manager or cook (not sure who he was) and he offered to get me a little more brisket if that worked for me. I said sure thinking he was going to supplement what I already had. He returned to swap the brisket out completely. Overall I could not recommend this place as a solid BBQ spot. Not sure how it has garnered the 4.3 stars Google had for it when I decided to go....

We stopped for lunch on a road trip. Immediate friendly greet and seat, server stopped by 15 seconds later to see what we wanted to drink. Service was excellent and quick throughout. I had brisket and pulled pork, both were good but I didn’t really taste the rub. The smoking was good, with nice bark on the brisket. The pulled pork was a little too soft for me, but the choice of five different sauces made it delicious. The two highlights were D’s burnt ends and all four of our sides. Burnt ends were perfect and full of bbq flavor, no additional sauce was used. Mac and cheese was creamy and cheesy, bbq baked beans very savory, Cole slaw one of our favorites for flavor and texture, and the side salad nice and fresh.
