Poor quality control from orders on your app. Forget customising anything, they don't read the order anyway. 80% of my orders have a screw up somewhere. But today topped it off. Made a larger order to cover several meals (6 items total) and 4 were wrong. They only managed to get right ladling the soup and putting a croissant in a bag. Every other item had one or more errors, so apparently the staff are illiterate and noone double checks orders. They even left off an item I had to pay extra for!
I've also had poor window service. One time I came back through the drive through and handed over the item to show what was wrong on my order so they could fix it. The server (an assistant trainer no less!!!!) not only didn't take and fix the item, he threw it back at me. It ended up landing on the ground, totally wasted and could have made a real mess in my car. They replaced the sandwich but didnt offer a single apology. It's a real shame. The food is good, though pricey (and don't think we haven't noticed shrinking portion sizes and higher prices), but the service and quality control is terrible. Never had these problems at any...

At 9pm sharp...although we were still finishing our food...the staff locked the doors on us. So. no refills or restrooms for us. Manager and staff seemed to have an attitude! Total 180 from the experience we had at a Panera Bread in OFallon, MO a week earlier, when we arrived 10 mins before closing after a long day on the road. The staff was courteous, accommodating and pleasant. They allowed us to stay in the restaurant for about 20 mins after closing and we cleaned up all our trash...and placed in the specific receptacles requested. Then we proceeded to thank the staff before leaving. They were very appreciative...

Waiting to be waited on saw someone pick out. From the back but never came out. Manager sitting out fron came and asked if I had been waited on. I said no. He went to take my order until a woman come around and she took over. I was pretty clear about what I was ordering She was not Friendly.. I ordered a whole salad.I'm pretty sure it was supposed to be in a more bigger container. But I could also over hear her talking to a boy in the back saying that I ordered half a salad she said she heard me say a half but then told her I wanted a whole. I know people have days we don't know about but she clearly needs more training on how to be courteous and friendly...
