Went through drive thru and ordered an egg, sausage and cheddar sandwich, a vanilla bean danish and venti Brn sugar oat milk espresso all for $16 and some change. Drive-through attendant told me I owed $13 but I told her it was $16. She looked around and then told me that someone had paid for mine waited a few minutes got my drink but no food she ended up going around to the corner and came back with food , you could feel the tension. I parked to eat because Iām traveling. Bit into sandwich and it was almost still frozen. But danish looked like it was almost overheated but edible so just took sandwich inside and told someone at front it was still cold. She said they would have to remake it, so I stood there, thinking that they would bump my sandwich to the front of the line But that didnāt happen. Two or three things went into their microwave While I stood there. Irritated, hungry and ignored I tossed the sandwich on the counter, told him they could keep it walked out the door. Yes, they were busy with customers, but they looked very confused and not organized, the same way it was at the drive-through window. Iāve worked retail, I even own my own small business and a little customer service goes a long way. Iām glad I didnāt have to pay for the sandwich otherwise Iād really be aggravated. I hate writing a bad review but customer appreciation is a stickler for me and I did not feel like they even cared about what...

Iāve driven all over Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky getting the same order day and day out. This store was going to charge me for the half-and-half and when I told them that no other stores have done that they said thatās company policy. Then she forgot my order. I had to restate it then she charged me wrong only charged me for the coffee. So I had to say hey, you didnāt charge me for my banana nut bread and so then she had all kinds of excuses about stuff as to why she didnāt get the order right. Her name was Tea. I told her that just yesterday I went to the same store and got this and didnāt get this much grief. I even tipped them because they were so cordial. I wouldnāt say the same for Tea she is not...

Normally I go through the drive-through, but the last two times I have gone inside to order my drink. Both times the person in line behind me received their drink before mine, so I tried to inquire why this has happened twice and one of the workers immediately became confrontational because I was asking questions.
She did not comprehend what I was asking and was very determined to prove she was right with her comments. I could see I was getting nowhere, so I left the store. As I walked out the door she yelled I know I'm right because I work here. WOW!
