My wife and I were staying at the Grand Hotel and wanted to find a local bar with local craft beers and above average lounge food options. Autumn and Bill from the Grand Hotel both recommended Bickerdyke's Tap Room. We went in later afternoon and knew shortly after entering that we made a great choice.
I believe they had 24 brews on tap, which made selecting a taste you were in the mood for easy. The barmaid (Amber) was very knowledgeable and provided tasting of whatever tap you were interested in trying. The food we had was awesome and reasonably priced given the quality. If you arrive between 3 and 5 PM during the week, the Happy Hour was $2 off pints, and 25% off small plates. This made everything just a bit better.
We enjoyed the atmosphere, food, and drinks. We look forward to visiting again on our next trip...
