McDonald's — Restaurant in Mount Vernon

I came to this mcdonald’s before my hair appointment. I drove through the drive-through and place my order with the mobile app how I normally do. I ordered a big Mac meal and I forgot to make it how I wanted because I was ordering more food and rush as soon as I got up to the window to pay I realize, and I apologize to them and asked them if they could please change my big Mac to only catch up and only people and the lady just kinda looked at me and said didn’t say anything and started talking on her headset and turned around then I proceeded the next window to receive my food not only do they put me on the side and have me waiting here for 15 minutes while they have other people just going through the drive-through, I get my big Mac and it only has catchup on it and it wasn’t even worth the worst part was when I was at the window waiting to receive my food manager on shift to say things about me while I was in the car not realizing that one of the workers had their window open just standing there staring at me she was saying about how I already ordered to the service here is sad and I don’t wanna go to McDonald’s because it’s not worth your time. I was very disappointed! they didn’t even give us either of the drinks that came with our meals and that I purchased separately then I tried to kindly ask you to turn back around by saying ma’am repeatedly, and she still just turned around and walked away from me very very sad world...

This is the worst McDonald's. They have tge slowest drive thru. Have you pull around and bring your food out ice cold.

Follow up just recently decided to give this McDonald's a second chance walked into place my order there was a a lady at the counter who has already ordered and then myself stood there waiting to have them take my order was there at least five minutes and not one of their employees could acknowledge I was standing there during this time three other people had walked in and waiting in line behind me continue to wait another 3 to 5 minutes at a lady looked directly at the line roll her eyes and turn her back to us stood there for a few more minutes still no one waited on us or even acknowledge that we were there this is some of the poorest service in this town I will not be going back to this McDonald's it is an absolute joke they need to get some management and train their employees to correct way to treat customer but I would doubt this will happened cuz this is been this way since a...

This review is only for the manager at the time, named Brandi.... at first refused to give us our spicy chicken sandwich because we didn't have a receipt..the only reason we did not have one is because the cashier never gave us one. Then she(the manager) pulled us ahead and told us our sandwich would be out shortly. About 5 mins go by, we are still waiting. I decide to go inside (not sure if I could or not due to covid) and no one had even known we were waiting. The manager that we spoke to had walked off the line apparently. If this is how she handles customers, she is in the wrong position. Also, I am going above her to let corporate know because this happens at this Mount Vernon McDonald's every single time we visit. We should probably try other places, but it was convenient. Next time I'll go the inconvenient route instead. I hope this...
