Derby City Pizza Co. — Restaurant in Mount Washington

There was an error on the order in which was three items wrong crust on both pizzas. Instead of just making the correct pizza on one of them they refused to, didn't even apologize. Acted as if i was pulling a fast one. I was even CHARGED MORE to get my order corrected as if it was all my fault. Will never come here again. Manager has no idea of customer service all I wanted was the correct order. I never expected to have to pay more for the correct order. I have managed for over 35 years and no matter what I take care of the customer. There are always two sides to a story but it's the managers job to make the honest customer happy in regards to a mistake. I wasn't asking for anything except to get what I ordered. I was charged more and had to waste gas and time. It doesn't matter how good anything is with out good customer service. So what I am saying is this place is only interested in your money, not the quality of their service and food. I hope when you read this you will understand that dont care about customer except for the money in your wallet or purse. The manager has no idea what they are doing! Ok first if you have a child that dose not do well in loud places fo not take them here. Its pretty much a loud sports bar. Took us one hr to get our food and i get that but when our meatballs came after 45 min the server brought is plastic fork,and when we ask her for a real fork she told us that was all they had. Then after showing her that a plastic fork will not cut into a big meatball she brought us a knife. When our food came we were served on papper plates and ate with plastic forks. My garlic bread was burnt to a crisp and my sons pizza was cold. If you are in the mood for beer and pizza served on papper plates with plastic forks then this is the place for you. Just thought i would get a bit more for eating inside with my family for what i paid. Your better off to order your food and get it to go, that is as long as you only want...

HORRIBLE customer service. We were there on 11/16/2023 at 5:00. There were 3 teenage kids, 2 guys & 1 girl. The girl was the biggest problem. I was hung up on once & already knew they werent going to be nice before I even picked up my pizzas. But when I walked in the resturant, I was looked at by all 3 people, & ignored. I walked up to the register to get my pizzas (we ordered 5 total) I stood there & got a side eye look from the girl & she turned & kept her back to me until I said something. One guy put his hands up and said "I'm not on the clock yet". They all looked like kids that just got out of school & could care less about anything. All around just extremely rude service! I'm not crazy much older than them & the way they acted is something I'd never do to a customer. The pizzas were made wrong too, but the manager...
