Arby's — Restaurant in Mountain Home

If you want to be completely ignored this is the place to go! Wish I didn’t have to give any stars to write this review. This was on 12/22/24 at around 9am. I walked in with my parents. My mom ordered with no issues at the register on the left. While she was ordering I saw that they had a ham and cheese croissant and after my mom got her food I decided I was a little hungry and wanted to get the croissant. So I walked out to my car to get my debit card and walked back in, and stood at the register on the left. 3 employees were at the front. 2 women and 1 man. The man was the one who just took my mother’s order. He was doing something with a clipboard now I believe. He looked at me and walked out of the kitchen. The 2 women were talking amongst themselves but both of them looked at me as well. Neither would say a word to me. I continue just standing there staring at them for what felt like 5 minutes, finally an older gentleman walks up behind me to the register on the right and one of the women takes his order promptly. Worst Meal Ever at THIS Arby's Upfront: I'm 61YO, lifetime fan of Arby's, so naturally we pulled into this one off the interstat, on our way to Boise on 7 Sept. Bunch of good kids there working hard, being nice. No complaints.on service. THE PROBLEM WAS THE FOOD. This was the worst food I have EVER had in 50+ Years patronizing Arby's. Had to send my first sandwich back...meat was so fatty I had to send it back. 2nd sandwich was awful, too, but no time to complain, had to get on road. I suffered from sour stomach for hours. My wife wasn't so lucky. She didn't like her sandwich either -- too greasy and didn't taste right, but she ate most of it And she paid for it all night, with sudden-onset trots and vomiting. Onion rings were greasy, and the taste was icky -- I'd guess the cooking oil hadnt been changed in several days and the temp was set too low. So...we'll never set foot in that particular Arby's again. Again, the kids working there were nice, hard-working, well-dressed and respectful. The problem was...

Ordered a sandwich custom tonight like I always do because I have food allergies the sandwich maker was heard saying "what do they think this is subway"?. when I got home it was late and I was really tired I almost bit into the sandwich when I spotted something red. It was tomatoes. So after paying 20 bucks for dinner I went to bed hungry. When I eat something I have a allergy to it backs up my sinus's so bad its difficult to breath. When I eat a combination of things I shouldn't it can cut off my air completely that's why I also asked to make sure it was no tomato's and it wasn't on sourdough bread I didn't mean to be a pain but I've grown accustom to breathing. So I'll tell you what from now on my hubby is craving arbys I'll make sure to have him stop and get me something to eat at Subway....
