This place is tucked in the lobby of a Hyatt hotel but it's a classy and tasteful little lounge/restaurant. We love the ambiance and the silverware and plates were very tasteful as well. My hubby found a little corner to watch the baseball game while I snack on happy hour goodies. We came for happy hour and like what some of the reviews mentioned, their happy hour dishes are really regular appetizer size so it was very satisfying. One thing to note is that their poke bowl is actually more of a poke salad bowl as it doesn't come with sushi rice, so that's something to take note of as we misunderstood. But in the menu in the ingredients listing it did list that it'll be mainly lettuce. Overall, servers were attentive and personable, and portion size was great. They didn't rush us for bill and let us enjoy our drinks. Drinks were also great, lots of wine and draft beer selection. Hope they keep this price and portion size, and we'll be...

Very nice hotel Hyatt Centric the restaurant is connected to. However I went to get a cup of coffee to go due to the storm outside so I can hv in my room. I asked for large there's only one size 12 oz. I get the bill it says $6.33.

I was surprised since on the menu it states $5.00. I give a dollar tip, brings it to $7.33 for one 12 oz coffee. Looked up online says to go bev according to CA gov tax guide with the exception of carbonated or alcoholic bev no tax on coffee tea to go. Normally I wouldn't even bother with a review but I felt like bait & switch. I'm a guest at the hotel for days so it's not about a couple dollars. I wanted to bring this to the attention of the establishment so other hotel guests or customers in general will not be unpleasantly surprised by a similar experience or know what can occur. I called to ask but put on hold long enough for me to decide to...

Came to listen to some live music on the patio and enjoy adult beverages. Abundant staff standing around but no one comes to take an order. I walk through the empty place to the empty bar to order their specialty Cadillac Margarita and wait another 10 minutes for someone to mix it. The result was an ordinary margarita. Glass is eventually empty, no one ever comes, I walk back to the still empty bar, ask for another margarita “with extra Cadillac” and ask if someone could bring it to my table. 10 more minutes go by. Staff are just standing around. Margarita finally delivered. At least the second one had a visible float. To close my bill, I go back to the bar and wait another 10 minutes to get my bill. If there was a big party happening on site demanding so much bar service, get a second bartender. Average Joe off the street gets the vibe he’s not...

A dining experience like other awaits guests @fairchildspublichouse @fairchildspublichouse is Bay Area hidden gem that honesty wish I knew about earlier. The restaurant is located at the beautiful and modern @hyattcentricmountainview hotel and is truly a one-of-kind spot!! Not only does this restaurant have a visually appealing atmosphere with its dynamic dining spaces furnished with modern and contemporary decor. But I also am truly delighted with the menu. This place specializes in locally sourced California Cuisine which means all of food served is made with only the freshest quality of ingredients. With many of items of the items rotating depending on the season. I also was grateful to have the chance to meet and speak with @fairchildspublichouse head chef and get an insight look on the food here!! I was impressed upon hearing how each dish is crafted, along with the detail and thought which plays into crafting the food. And this was actually able to prove true as both the presentation and flavor profile of each dish was so spectacular. The presentation for appetizers & entrees was stunning with the use of intricate & detailed plating, bright & bold colors and specialty ingredients. And tasting the food was a whole new level. Each plate was flavorous and perfectly balanced with flavor. I felt that every component of the dishes was able to complement each other. And that food indeed did taste extremely fresh, as the poke used quality ahi tuna or even how ravioli pasta tasted freshly made as well. And if you enjoy bold & rich flavors this place is especially excellent as the ingredient choice of many of the items really stood out from other places being so unique and delicious, like how the ravioli was paired with winter black truffle, how the brussel sproutes had a sweet and caramelized flavor from a balsamic glaze or how the salmon was served with a pink beet risotto!! It was honestly such a tasteful experience. Thank you @fairchildspublichouse for inviting me #fairchildspublichouse #foodie #foodblogger #foodphotographer #bayareafoodie #bayarea #bayareafood

Quick Summary Pretty solid brunch option, especially if you're a globalist with the free breakfast. Solid food, large portions, cool interior and patio seating options. Food- 5 stars It's a typical hotel restaurant which is slightly better than chain brunch spots. I very much enjoyed the free breakfast options here with their menu. Really can't go wrong with the standard options: eggs Benedict, omelettes, french toast, waffle. Tasted great and large portions Service I would say they are slightly understaffed here as we did have to flag our waiter down towards the middle/end of our meal. Otherwise, the service was pretty solid Bottom Line Good ambiance, good food and portions, and pretty good service. A good and reliable option if you're staying at the Hyatt Centric

Nice little happy hour place. We sat outside and there’s plenty of room on the well appointed patio. Tons of seating but feels a little tight. The food was tasty. The calamari was especially good as well as the Ahi tuna and the cheese curds. Kids devoured the quesadilla. For dinner, I had the pork chop which was juicy and tender but everyone else had the burgers which were over cooked and a little bit beyond medium rare there was no pink in the patties. The cocktails are nice but not wow. Happy Hour helps to soften the blow. The service was great and quick. We wandered about and checked out the view on 2. There appears to be a bar area up there but it was closed. In the summer this would be a nice place to hang out and watch a sunset.
