ok, I'll be objective. I have visited this store twice. The first time the attention was bad, the staff badly faced and rude and I thought "Well today is not your best day." Today for the second time the same thing happens, therefore it is not by chance. I ordered online and when I arrived only my sandwich was ready and not the drink, for the first two people I told that my drink was missing I was invisible, to the third person I spoke to told me "be patient" meanwhile I entered and people came out incessantly and I stood there, until a man asked me what I needed and asked the other people staff to prepare my order (10 minutes had passed, while my breakfast was getting cold) the man had to ask several times to prepare my drink, until finally it was delivered cold. I went into the store again to ask for sugar and apparently the cashier wanted me to get back in line to order it because she made a disgusted face when I asked for it. Sorry but I gave you two opportunities to show good service and here is my comment. Needless to say, they have one...

Other customers were there for a long time as well but it was CRAZY BOOTS to say the least. I’m pretty sure they fully forgot about my order but that may be speculation. I only received it once I inquired about the fact that I had been there for so long, and I am NOT the type to bug fast food workers. They got me my coffee in like 3 minutes which was very nice but it’s very much ridiculous that it took that long for the food. Coffee and hash browns were good, bagel was whatever but that might be customer error for ordering it. The girl who helped me finally get my food was very sweet. Read moreI ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese, hash browns, and an iced coffee through the app. When I was already 15 minutes into my 30 minute drive commute from Dunkin, I opened the bag and there were no hashbrowns and I was given a bagel with meat. At that point, I didn’t have time to turn back without being late for work. I called the store and told them about the mistake in my order and it seemed like I was inconveniencing them for their mistake. They offered for me to come back and fix the order but I again did not have enough time to do that. I told her the next time I would be able to come in would be Monday morning. She said to just say the situation and they will refund me or make the order again.
